Bridgehead is easily the best coffee chain located in Ottawa and this is easily my favourite location of all of them. Service is quick and efficient, the staff are very friendly and the coffee is among the best I've had

Decent service. Obviously a store given to serving local downtown office workers as the hours are Monday to Friday only and busiest in the morning. They did a great job during the pandemic ensuring service was provided in a safe yet friendly manner.

My favorite coffee shop in Ottawa. Very friendly staff. I actually got rid of my coffee machines and I now use them exclusively. :) A special thanks to Ibrahim and all of his wonderful staff. You guys make all the difference in the experience! :)

Love that they have modern online services like online Bridgehead pay cards and adoption of pre-order through Ritual product. Makes them my favorite coffee shop. Of course coffee and food are great too.

Very inconsistent service with reusable cups. On Monday, I treated myself to a 5.35$ Latte (payed extra for non-dairy milk abd a hazelnut shot) and brought in my reusable cup. I'm not sure what size it is, but I was presented with a full cup abd was very happy.
Today, I wanted to treat myself again to the sane thing and, again, brought my reusable cup. Payed 5.35 and was presented with a dissapointing 3/4 full cup.
I was running late and didn't mention it, but this has been a very dissapounting visit. This isnt the first time cups have been filled inconsistently for the same price. I would love to see this process become more standardized and easier. Encouraging people to bring their own cup is a great initiative! It shouldnt be dissapointing.
Additionally, I am hoping alternative milk products would be standardized as well. Milk seems to be a no-brainer inclusion to a latte (being a main ingredient). Why would someone who cant tolerate dairy need to pay more for a main component to the beverage.

Love going to their Preston Street location - even though the noise can get abut much (this is the main coffee processing facility. Great to hang out and enjoy great food and a variety of other goodies. I only wish I they could figure out a way to dampen the noise - but I understand if they can’t

Great service. Excellent coffee. I love their iced latte and flat white. Sadly the pricing is a tad higher than i'd like.

My husband gets his coffee here most mornings and the service is great. It is a fast line and the employees are always friendly. Great vibes for sure.
