Food is great, delivery is usually fast, but they need to get with the times. They only take cash over the phone and that really hurts their business. Food Chow City will take cards over the phone, which is still annoying, but I'm positive that this place frequently loses out on customers because they don't have cash on them. If you don't know any better, they won't tell you until the end of the phone call, so you could place an entire order only for them to tell you they are a cash only business in 2023.

Best Chinese food in Oswego. Not only they have a great selection, but their seasoning is great! I love that it's an open kitchen concept and you get to see how your food is made. I've tried multiple dishes here and non have disappointed.
The best part of this place is that they are very respectful towards vegetarians, and they do understand the restrictions and are great at making you feel understood.
I highly recommend this place, and I'll be coming back often.

I love this Chinese place. Right next to Ollie's so it's convenient if you need to grab something from there. The food is always hot and ready quickly. The shrimp egg rolls are the best. You cannot get better Chinese food in Oswego. You just can't. This is the best one. I've been to lots of them. This is by far the best. They are always friendly and nice. I love ordering from here.

The BEST Chinese food in NY hands down. I have ordered food from here for over 8 years. Never have I had a problem with the food not being right. If you get your order delivered it is quick and easy. If you order it and pick it up in store it is the same quick and easy. If you are looking for somewhere to eat this is where you should go!

Great food! Everything was delicious. The whole family was cooking in the kitchen. These are some passed down family recipes here. I have been to Chinese restaurants in LA and NYC that didn’t speak any English (even to order). The mother of one of my students visited from China and cooked homemade steamed dumplings. This is as authentic Chinese food as I’ve ever had.
