Really cool place. Great atmosphere. The food is really good. The menu is pretty basic but everything is very good quality. Guacamole is awesome. My sister is vegan and she was very excited to find vegan options and specials. Comfortable place to sit and catch up with friends and not feel rushed out.

Great selection of beers. Live music. Fast & friendly service. Crazy Larry. Delicious generous portion of fish & chips. You can boat there from Lake Ontario & moor up outside. Family friendly.

It's been a while since I visited this establishment, so it might be heresy for me to do a review... but I spent a lot of time there when I was working in Oswego and things don't change quickly in the rust belt... Anyhow, this is literally the Old City Hall for Oswego, NY and it sits right on the river. It's a must visit... and it's 1800s old... practically collapsing if you look at it from the right angle.
Anyhow this is a great place to get a super tasty meal and get some beer (and they had some veggie/vegan options too). I hung out with amazing musicians like John McConnell who is a staple of the local music industry and a stalwart NAMI supporter. I helped him load his stacks of music gear many nights when he let me lol... he's one of my heroes.
So this is the place to go if you are in town for business and want to see what is going on. It is the most popular bar for townies and SUNY Oswego students. They got a bunch of my money lol. It was worth it for the most part.
Oooh!!! Avoid the prison like male bathroom. It's beyond disgusting and could give an ex-con a ptsd fit. I'd love someone to let me know if this ever got upgraded. The owner seemed extremely indifferent to the issue... This is why I gave it only 4 stars.

Nice atmosphere. The bar tenders are usually very nice. They have a jukebox but have really weird and arbitrary rules for playing it. I'm a big jukebox guy so that kind of bugs me, even though it is nitpicky as hell. I have also seen the manager (or maybe he is the owner) dress down the bar tenders in front of the patrons. Kind of awkward and I guess it happens more than occasionally. All in all the place is a great place to grab a beer after work or tie one off harbor fest.

Took my kids here for some french fries and pineapple juice and we had a blast with all of the space, windows with cubbys where you can look at the lake, the waiter was extremely nice and it only cost me 5 bucks! tried going to the cutting board but it was dinky and she was very rude. these guys have my business for a long time!

Fun atmosphere and awesome food. You have to try the "Ralph's magic sauce" chicken wings if you go here! There is alot of outdoor seating and sometimes they have live music

Nice atmosphere, good prices, and friendly staff. I typically don't go to many bars around this area but old City Hall has a more cozy feel to it. During the summer out door seating is also available which is another nice feature.

I love this place. Wonderful atmosphere, food and service. My drinking buddies like the selection of beer they have and the bar staff is very fast. While in Oswego visited here several times the food was so good. This has and old renovated warehouse atmosphere which is very open feeling. Wooden creaking floors add to the adventure. Patrons are very friendly, met many of them. I intend to return each time I visit Oswego NY.

Outstanding atmosphere on the water and overlooking it. Staff was outstanding and prices more than reasonable. It will be the only establishment will visit in Oswego. Highly recommend and a must stop to see for yourself
