Never been here & it was disappointing. I got a steak burrito covered in cheese and it was actually pretty good. My partner got a vegetarian entree and he said it was absolutely terrible. We got free chips & salsa and ordered bean dip. The waiters were almost fighting for our table because they were sooo slow. Bean dip was good & came with cheese in it, but very expensive for the little portion you actually get. The chips didn't get refilled. I wanted some avocado with my burrito and costed $6 for avocado! My dinner steak burrito entree is supposed to come with a side of rice and beans but our waiter charged us for an extra side of rice and beans. He charged us $6 for rice and beans which on the menu it states it already comes with a side of rice and beans... He didn't remove it off the bill either. I think there was a bit of a language barrier, regardless we won't be back.

They lost our order. We waited almost an hour and a half before they realized their error. Could've checked on us better. So why 5 Stars then? Because they were SO apologetic and upset when they found out that they rushed our order out, and comped us for EVERYTHING, even all of our drinks and gratuity. Absolutely refused to take a dime from us. I've never heard of a restaurant doing that before; usually you're pretty much out of luck. Oh, and the food we'd waited for? Amazing! These people know great Mexican food! Nice people, great food, great closure. We will definitely be back!

Really great food! (Lots of left overs too.) Very friendly atmosphere. Great service. Gorgeous decor. It was my birthday and first time I have been out since Covid started. So glad we chose to go out to dinner. We will definitely be going there again. Thank you to the staff for helping us celebrate with singing and laughter and good food.

Very friendly & attentive waitress. Big menu to choose from, tradition menu along with some American options like cheeseburgers. We didn’t wait too long for food. There was a little mix up with one of our orders but the waitress rectified the mistake, even though we weren’t expecting it. Which exceeded our expectations. Food was really good, fresh and portion sizes were big. Definitely had leftovers. Very fun atmosphere, staff also came to the table to sing happy birthday.

Never had a bad experience besides today. All of our food had no flavor at all and was super dry. Disappointing because it usually is so good...they said they had a new cook. Didn't eat any of our food and told them they didn't have to discount us but honestly they should have just done it. It was obvious that we didn't eat but 2 bites and our bill was 60$. Waitress was really nice tho.

The food was only okay, the price is a little pricy for the quality of food you get. The atmosphere felt more like somewhere you would go to hang out with friends on a night out instead of spending time with a significant other or family. The customer service was only okay. I personally prefer the other Mexican restaurant across town.

I ordered steak nachos for delivery. Came with chips and salsa. Three stars because for delivery, it was fast and hot. The FREE chips and salsa that came with, the chips were stale. And salsa sucked. The nachos were a mess. When I first opened them I thought the free chips were actually to pour the nacho mixture over. Maybe because it was delivery for nachos and not in restaurant, but not impressed at all. I wouldn't make this top priority when going to Oshkosh.
