Erbert & Gerbert's

Haven't been to an Erb's & Gerb's in a minute. Ordered online picked up & the bread on my sandwich was hard as a rock! Seriously disappointing taste overall. Lackluster. Barely any flavor to my once favorite sub. Did they change suppliers? How can it taste like this?! I feel let down...guess they don't meet my standards anymore. The employee making the food did not have a mask on.

Stopped at the Oshkosh location today while my son and I were in town and NEVER again will I return nor order from here. Customer service was great but I payed 10.00 for the bread to be torn so as I'm eating the toppings are falling out and at the end right where the lady was cutting my sandwich in half there was veggies and whatever else ALL OVER. In between making sandwiches why not scrap the extra veggies into the trash?????? At that very moment when I saw that "mess" I was debating if I wanted a refund before I even get my sandwich and spend my money at Jimmy John's where it is so much more worth my money. Needless to say I took the sub and as I have said I will NEVER return.

Terrible customer service and even worse delivery. Last 4 times I’ve order over this last year they can’t get a 2 sandwich delivery to me in less than 1 hour and 45 minutes. Tried one last time today placing an order at 11:21am, finally at 1:06pm I called and asked for a refund. That place is a joke, pull their franchise. This business isn’t for them. What’s a joke. Just ordered jimmy John’s, it will be here in no time.
