I go to this location all the time and usually have a good experience, no problems at all. I just left this store embarrassed and angry, I came in to get a money order and when i handed the cashier the money for it she stepped to the side to count it then proceeded to put it in the safe only to tell me i was short about $60. Not only did this make me embarrassed at first it also made me very upset because I and another person counted that money to make sure I had what I thought I had. I feel that the cashier was very unprofessional to not count what I gave her in front of me and to only tell me I was short the amount I was short on after putting it away making it impossible to double count the amount this is suspicious activity. I am very unhappy with this experience and it makes me not want to come back here again if the employees are going to be unprofessional with handling money and give you an attitude when you suggest they should recount it. I've read other reviews before writing this and it appears this isn't the first time something similar has happened. I hope this gets dealt with and no one else experiences this type of he said she said situation.

Worst experience I have ever had at a convenience store ever!!! Just moved to Ormond Beach days ago from upstate New York and this being my first AND last 7-11 experience because I was screamed at and accused of shop lifting first by one female employee after proving I did no such thing as well as it being confirmed with they're cctv while simultaneously being screamed at by the second female employee when it was my turn to be checked out at the register saying I was stepped out of line when in fact I did no such thing. I was belittled, embarrassed and treated horribly with no apologies after spending 50 dollars on random items that I needed as replacements for what I lost during my 1300 mile move. Not only would I never ever shop lift but I would never treat another human being the way I was treated by not one but two employees of 7-11 the way I was treated this evening. Not only was I very upset and embarrassed but the store full of other customers were upset at the actions of these employees. I will run out of gas, drive for miles if need be before I step forward in another 7-11 again.

Don't stop here!! I go in and spend 100s of dollars weekly. And I got met at the door and told to stay off their property but could not explain what I did. I only can think of 2 reasons. 1 because I did legitimately steal a plastic straw I told the cashier about or because some guy that was hitting on me bought me and my son hotdogs. That has been the only things that have been anything out of the ordinary.

I love this store. They are always nice to me. I shop for my favorite Fosters beer there and they go out of their way to get it for me if the cooler is empty. I have never had a problem with any employee there. I have been an every other day if not more customer since 2015. Thank you 7-Eleven cashiers, you are the best!

I was just there 20 mins ago and customer service does not exist here. I have been coming to this sore since it was new. I have lived down the road my whole life. They ignored me and never said. Hello and whoever applied the other day with the cashier's mom guess what they are not hiring you because you have 2 other jobs. This kind of stuff should not be talked about over the counter. This staff is horrible.
