The ice-cream cone on the left, is how a typical carvel cone looks. The one on the right is how it was served to me, not once, but twice, on two separate visits. I hope someone in management sees this, and is able to train their employees how to make an ice cream cone. For $5, I expect better than that. Also, I found the employees to be rude on my first visit. At least, the customer service was better on my second visit.

Went up to ask for help and somebody decided they were closed. Every other store was opened except for the Carvel. It was obvious that the people there just weren't interested in serving ice cream, probably because they would have to clean the machine. Unprofessional. Who owns this place?

Ice cream didn’t taste right, way overpriced, and staff was annoyed. Skip it and go to McD’s.

I left this Carvel to got to the McDonalds next door. Best decision I made all day.
Team member very rude and aggressively questioned my order. Question for you, do you want my money or not?
Team member clocking out was nice, but he was clocking out and needed the other person to do it so he wouldn’t get in trouble.
Also... let’s be honest. Your soft serve has got to be your bread and butter. How do you have no one in line and fail to put the mix in the machine?
I gotta say, this McDonalds shake never tasted so good.

The airport iss obviously open 24/7 but this littlw reataurant closes by ten! They should ammend their hours!

Seems like their soft served machine is broken or shut down pretty much everyday at 730pm and beyond. Feels like McDonalds all over again.
