The first time we went, it was closed at 7pm. The second time it was 12:30 pm and there was only 2 ppl waiting. The girl was quite rude. My husband asked something that wasn't clear in the board and she rolled her eyes and scream at him as he was deaf. The 2 available tables were filthy. I asked her for something to clean and she threw 3 napkins at me. The guy that was cooking was very slow and had someone else looking instead of helping. And my little sandwich was quite burnt. There's another over Apopka Vineland near Disney not too far from this and the service is better.

Walked out, horrible experience waited in line for 5 minutes while 2 employees stood there and chatted just to be informed they were not serving ice cream because there were nuts all over the floor. Hire some employees that need a job please.

8 PM on a Thurs evening. There was one young guy working the counter who was more interested in listening to his headphones than helping customers. He was not friendly and It was obvious he didn't want to be there. I ordered a chocolate shake and watched him completely "Zone Out" on the blender for several minutes... (like he had never seen one before)... only to serve me chocolate milk. Then, I ordered a 2-scoop sundae. We both moved to the register and he rang up my order. After I paid, I asked for a spoon. He said they were OUT OF SPOONS ! No explanation, no apology or no offer to refund my money. I asked him politely how I was supposed to eat my sundae without a spoon. He ignored me and went about his business. I have been in the service industry my whole life and I can see how an establishment could be out of spoons... for reasons beyond B&R control, but I can't figure out for the life of me why he didn't mention that before making my sundae !!! It would have been a totally different experience had he tried to resolve the situation. It was obvious he didn't give a $#!%

Do yourself a favor and try another ice cream and donut shop. Mid-February 2021, we placed an order through DoorDash with this Baskin-Robbins store to deliver: 1. one mint chocolate chip ICE CREAM PIZZA (charged $16) and 2. one quart of hand-packed chocolate peanut butter ice cream. Instead, the delivery driver brought us: 1. one egg and sausage breakfast SANDWICH (a $5 value) and 2. one quart or pre-packed butter pecan ice cream We contacted DoorDash about the mistake but they said that because we didn't mark "no substitutions" on our order, the store could provide reasonablly similar products. We tried to contact the store but they didn't answer in three days of trying. B-R headquarters passed the buck and said we had to contact either the local store or DoorDash. In what universe is a $5 breakfast sandwich comparable to a $16 ice cream pizza? If they can tell the difference between ice cream and sandwiches, what else can they not tell apart? Eventually we may laugh at their pathetic service. We've already tried to imagine the conversation between the employee and the manager: "Uh, huh-huh-huh, hey Butthead, they want a $16 ice cream pizza, but they didn't check 'no substitutions.' We have this greasy old egg and sausage breakfast sandwich from three days ago still sitting around. What do you think about sending it instead?" "Uh, huh-huh-huh, good idea, Beavis. They probably won't notice, right? Uh-huh-huh, I wouldn't." Like I said, pathetic service is all you can assume when they rob you blind and won't respond to your phone calls.

Location was dirty, didnt have no bananas, or certain ice creams, employees didnt know where anything was at, or was not knowledgable about what they were doing, very upsetting!

My husband and I are on our anniversary trip and we’re excited about getting ice cream together to wrap up a long day! We arrived at this Baskin Robbins at 9:39pm. The open sign was flashing and the location didn’t close till 10pm. We walked up to the door and it was locked. I saw the workers purposely not turn around so they wouldn’t make eye contact with me and see me tug on the door. While my husband and I were searching google for a different ice cream place to go to, we watched four other people walk up, pull on the door, check the closing time on the door, check the time on their phone, and walk away upset. If you’re going to close early, make sure it’s clear online. Poor business practice.

My children, husband and myself walked in at 3:30pm on a Saturday afternoon to get some ice cream and there were approximately 6 flavors to chose from. There was no chocolate at all, and 3 of the flavors they DID have were completely empty. I told my children that maybe they could just get plain vanilla and then add a topping; however when we looked at the topping selection, all of the bins were completely empty! Tops were off and it was horribly messy. The customer in front of us commented that the entire place looked, "pitiful" and I couldn't agree more. Before leaving I asked the employee behind the counter if she had any additional ice cream bins in the back and she said no. I then commented about how sparse their ice cream selection was and she shrugged her shoulders and said, "Yep." We ended up leaving extremely disappointed and went next door to McDonald's for McFlurries. Can't state enough how unclean and unprofessional this Baskin Robbins is!

Terrible customer service. I love the food and coffee, but the morning crew here needs training. The guy at the register was rude to the the elderly man infront of me and then laughed in his face for being confused as to where to pick up his order. Two out of the three employees took a break after my order was placed and they forgot my coffee!
