Dunkin'

The service was not the best here because I was charged twice, because that initially given me the wrong order and the girl who initially served me said she was going to give me a refund and then charge me for the correct item. But instead she charged me for the correct that item but never gave me a refund for the previous item that they took back from me

We had a great experience at this Dunkin' Donuts location yesterday!!!! I work at a Dunkin' Donuts in North Carolina, so I look for certain things when I go somewhere. Customer service is key. The employees were great, and we had quick service. Our food and 1 of the drinks was completed before we were even finished at the register. We enjoyed our food, coffee, and donuts, and will definitely be back!!! Keep up the great work!!!

The coffee was fresh and robust. Unfortunately service is not the most expedient but it is all due to staff shortages around the world. Whole foods next door had to shut down its coffee bar due to staff shortages. We have to be patient because it will take some time before this situation is settled.

There was only 1 employee working and I waited for a hot chai latte for about 35 minutes but I extended the gentleman working some grace since it was only him w about 15 ppl ordering and waiting and he never complained or turned anyone away. Printing tape jammed, coffee had to be made but not one complaint from him. I could see they were hiring for crew members and Asst. Managers. If he's not a manager he should definitely be bc he handled the situation well. Bathroom was not open so I went over to whole foods since I had to wait anyways.
