We hadn't been to a Jose Andres place before, so it was a new experience for us, and it was fabulous. We had a party of 9 and the assortment of food we got was outstanding from start to finish. I won't go into the food-by-food details but I'll say nothing I ate was remotely bad.
On top of that, the total cost for the meal was remarkably reasonable given the quality. We don't go to Orlando very often but we are close to NYC and will check out his places up here.

Excellent food in a stylish space with outstanding service! For tapas to split, I highly recommend the pan con tomate, sautéed shrimp, octopus, and papas bravas. The dessert of pan con chocolate was nicely balanced, just the right amount of sweetness. Overall, this one of the best restaurants in the entire Disney area and the staff made for an excellent birthday celebration.

We had a rather large party, but there were several waiters/waitresses that brought out our food as it was prepared so everything came out fresh. Everything tasted sooo yummy. My only complaint is that our glass table was on top of a fooseball table with the moving arms. But over all great meal.

It is shocking that this place only has 4 stars. This was one of the best meals we had on our recent trip to Orlando! I made a reservation in advance (if you’re doing Disney and don’t see any availability on the app, just try their business website and book through Seven Rooms). They sat us early & were very friendly.
It is a tapas style restaurant and there are a ton of choices which is great but also a little overwhelming for two indecisive people. Our server Natalie gave us detailed recommendations for both drinks and food which was very helpful.
We ordered the octopus, apple salad, and fried eggplant first. It all came out very quickly (like 5 minutes after receiving our drinks) and everything was delicious.
Next we ordered the chorizo with olive oil mashed potatoes and the endive with goat cheese and orange. Both very good as well.
An added bonus was that it was Flamenco Friday and there was a live band and a dancer performing throughout the restaurant. This took the atmosphere up a few more notches in an unexpected way.
Natalie was amazing - quick, friendly and knowledgeable, the food was fresh & outstanding and somehow our bill for 5 shareable dishes and 2 (very strong) cocktails was somehow just over $100. Cannot recommend enough!

Had dinner here, and it was amazing! We had a server named Rafael and he was very knowledgeable, polite, and funny! He helped us with the menu and even helped us decide on what to eat. We had a great time. Definitely recommend. My favorite part was the chicken croquettes. They are a must try. Also, on Wednesdays they have half off wine bottles.

the ambience: 10/10; we loved the live flamenco music!!
the food was overpriced for its flavor; maybe it's a disney spring effect?
they were kind enough to gifted us a sorbet for my boyfriend's birthday! service was very nice.

Amazing! Everything we ordered was exceptional. Our server Michael was outstanding and did a great job pacing things out and assisting us with suggestions. One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time for sure!

I’ve got to give it up to Jaleo. Every time we go there we have a fantastic meal. We usually go with family and order off of the regular menu. However, on this occasion it was just me & my husband so we opted for the tasting menu. We did the less expensive one but added on the jamón ibérico (this is an absolute must). Each course was thoughtfully prepared and presented strategically. They start with traditions you’d normally have as appetizers like charcuterie & crudos then move you on to some like small plates, some heavier dishes, and some meat courses. The first couple courses were some of my favorites. The ibérico add on, pan con tomato with manchego & serrano, the cones (filled with tartare & salmon roe this was one of my absolute favorite bites highly recommended), and a liquid olive purée of some kind which was really fun. Following that we had some lighter small plates the octopus ceviche & the endive cups with fresh goat cheese & oranges. Both of these were refreshing & light but the octopus was our favorite. Following this we had the croquetas, papas bravas, and stuffed piquillo peppers. While we always have the croquetas when we come (someone at the table always wants them!) I am not the biggest fan of this prep. It’s very heavy on the creamy bechamel but otherwise doesn’t impart a ton of flavor. I get why they are a hit but not my favorite. Patatas bravas are always good albeit a simple dish you can go wrong. I liked the piquillo peppers it’s a very standard Spanish tapa you’d find anywhere in Spain. My husband isn’t crazy about the texture but I like it! Following that we enjoyed the mussels, giant prawns, and steak tapas. The mussels were a miss the first time around they were undercooked and many were closed. The manager rectified it and brought us new ones. The sauce! Herbaceous, savory, and delicious! It was one of our favorite flavors of the night. Really delicious! The head on prawns were excellent as well. Fresh seafood flavor & attention to the entire shrimp to make it a nice composed plate. The steak tapa we’ve had before and the flavors are phenomenal. It was cooked to a perfect medium rare also. After this we transitioned to dessert & we had the flan. You can’t go wrong with flan & my husband felt this one was especially delicious. It was a great dining experience and definitely worth the price. The way it’s coursed it’s not just dinner it’s a dining experience. It’s a large amount of food but honestly perfect for us because we really like to taste everything & savor all the different parts of a menu. The only thing that didn’t make this experience perfect was the service. It wasn’t our servers fault because it looked like they had her pick up tables all around the restaurant (we were eating late & she was probably the closer). But she was unable to be on top of us. Twice we had to flag down a manager to place a drink order. We also had to get up and get a manager to return the mussels. In addition I had to remind them of my husbands birthday. It seemed like there was a lot of managers physically around but not really checking in on the tables or assisting the servers. Just a small complaint though as regardless of the service we will definitely be back.
