It is a positive and safe environment where coaches are instilling not only self defense skills but critical thinking as well. They are wonderful at teaching the children confidence, respect and how to defend themselves. Classes are designed to keep children focused on learning, respect, and discipline while still having fun. I would definitely recommend Champions Jiu-Jitsu & Muay Thai to others with young children interested in trying out the class.

My son one day said Dad, I want to be a WWE Wrester when I grow up. I said, well let’s see what we can do. We tried several BJJ schools in Orlando and saw a YouTube video of American Top Team on Woodbury, we called Katie and arraigned to be there….. Fell in love with the vibe and program and signed him up and paid a year upfront. Now It’s Campions Joy-Jitsu and It’s been wonderful 10 years… I am so grateful. The school has grown into a top notch family friendly facility. Very clean, organized, steady structured program that promotes positivity, kindness, team work, leadership, self discipline, determination and a proven track record of success. Watching my son grow into an amazing man has been an awesome journey.

This is a great place to train BJJ. Classes are flexible and available throughout the week. My favorite classes are Monday and Wednesday mornings as I can get some rolling in before work. Would highly recommend training here. Everyone is out to have a good time and learn from each other.

My daughters and I have all started to come here and we love it! My youngest started a few years ago in the kids class, and is now old enough to do the adults class. My eldest daughter and I joined recently so that she could get some solid self defense moves before she leaves for college. Coach Maui (Brendon) and Coach Kai are amazing, and we leave feeling like we’ve learned solid technique, as well as feeling stronger and accomplished. On top of that, it’s also a great workout! It is also very cost efficient. I highly recommend Champions!!!

My whole family trains BJJ at Champions and it's hands down one of the best things we do as a family. I never thought I'd also start to train as a female, but once I realized the community my kids and husband were building I only wish I had started sooner. Our kids are gaining valuable skills in fitness and discipline and my husband and I love having a shared hobby that keeps us challenged and working toward goals. All of the coaches are elite and we're so grateful for everything they pour into us at each class. Everyone really wants to build you up and the level of teamwork here is unsurpassed. We are so grateful to have found this gym!

This is a great BJJ/Muay Thai gym. The classes are well paced and allow great flexibility especially if you are a working adult. Coach Jason, Coach Marcio, Coach William, Coach Nessa, and Coach Brandon (Maui) are all great individuals with a large amount of knowledge in their respective fields; truly second to none. The gym has a constructive and nurturing environment whether you're an experienced martial artist or want a great work out while learning something new. Their commitment to enriching the lives of their patrons is seen in their programs that cater to both individuals and families combined. This has been by far one if not my most beneficial investment into my personal improvement. And if none of these resonates with you...we have coffee!

Just signed up my two sons for Jujitsu and have done a couple of classes already and I have to say this place is amazing. Even beginning with my initial phone call asking about the classes, Nessa has been nothing but kind and delightful to speak with. The instructors are so far amazing and pay attention to every single kid and push them to succeed. I’d recommend to anybody.
