Awesome experience. Shout out to Jacqueline she was so sweet and has such a joyful presence.
She knows how to take care of her customers and makes sure to give them exactly what they ask for. Very sweet lady.
My sub was delicious, I got a cheesesteak per her reccomendation. No regrets.

Good food, friendly staff, decent prices. The individual condiments containers were not clean so look before you grab those Ketchup packets. The staff said they would check it but were getting a delivery during the lunch rush so they were stretched thin.....
Update, on my next visit, everything was very clean and the two front employees were absolutely hilarious while doing their job.

The food was great, the people were very kind and funny, and the place was clean. I ordered a sandwich, and they didn't complain when I used one of their tables to study for over an hour. Very lovely people, I plan on coming back.

Jersey mikes, normalize pregnancy. We of course had the conversation of why I needed my meat heated. Girl can’t help what she’s craving, but then comes management saying not aloud.

I do quite a bit of traveling for work and I know that Jersey Mike’s is always good and consistent for their Philly cheesesteaks. But my experience tonight at the Edgewater location was far better than any other Jersey Mike’s have been to. Maya and Dana were the friendliest and warmest Jersey Mike associates I have ever dealt with. I this location is lucky to have them!

I was there today (3/23/22) at lunchtime to pick up an order my daughter and I placed by phone. It was the busiest I've ever seen it; I counted 16 people inside. It took a very long time to get my subs, but everybody was working so hard I couldn't get upset. I was totally impressed (in awe actually) with the efficiency of the crew, and how well they all worked together in what must have been a very stressful situation. Their cheerful demeanor made what could have been an aggravating experience quite pleasant. To top it off, the cheese steak subs were the best we've ever had, thanks to Gage, who was on the grill! I didn't get anyone else's names, but I really apreciated everyone's professionalism.
