I know we arrived late but they were out of the donuts we ordered on the kiosk. There should be some way to notify you if an item is not available.

Service was a little chaotic mainly because everyone was getting off due to an accident, so confusing and disrespectful regular customers, it's the day before Thanksgiving, get over yourselves your part of the issue lol

As the only place that was actually open around midnight, I rate this five stars. The employee was also polite. Also it is posted on their registers that they can’t take coupons or anything, so I don’t understand why people were complaining.

Stopped by here to get an iced cappuccino while my Tesla model 3 was charging. Can be pretty busy but has a friendly staff. Service is reasonably fast. Lots of seating in the service plaza. Shared with other restaurants in the plaza. Clean. Restrooms are also well maintained and clean.
