Geneva Pizza

After a long hard day, I had to stop and get dinner somewhere for my family. I walked into Dominos by Millenia Mall and Sierra was the person on duty. She made me feel welcome and was very helpful, she told me about the deals. The store was very clean and modern. The food was perfect and came out fresh in a timely manner. This was my best experience at a Domino’s and I’ve been to a lot of them. Nice store.

Hi! I placed an order, my driver got a little lost, and the store took a while to pick up the phone the first time I reached out and didn’t pick up at all the second time so communication was rough. I submitted a report that my order might not be coming because it was around 30 minutes late and I couldn’t see anything on the map anymore, but within two minutes of submitting that, my driver DID show up and apologize profusely for the communication. I don’t know if submissions on the site end up back in managers’ hands, but if they do, please disregard that report. My driver was cool and I don’t want him to get in trouble because the app sent him the wrong way and the store phone wasn’t being answered. Five stars regardless because I use this Domino’s location a lot and have no complaints otherwise!

I almost didn't order from here after reading some of the reviews, but I am glad that I did. I thought about it for a few minutes because I really wanted pizza for lunch, then I realized that that usually only unhappy people leave reviews. Our of the tens of thousands oforders,of orders, tiny fraction are dissatisfied, that it was worth the risk. My pizza was delivered fast, hot and exactly what I wanted. Very satisfied 😌 and full!

So corporate sent me a free pizza coupon and unfortunately it wasnt working for my store no matter how entered the code. I keep calling andun no answer. Anyways, I wont be calling corporate anymore because I called this store and the manager Rich asked no questions he just helped me without hesitation. I appreciate that because me and my kids were so hungry and for us to have someone like him on our side just scored them a forever grateful customer. I love this Dominos :) They are awesome.
