I went last night, Oct. 15, around 11pm. The Hispanic man at the drive-thru gave perfect service. He welcomed me, didn't rush me through my order, read it back to me, ask me if I wanted condiments...etc. But the kicker was the food. He gave me a Whopper wrapped perfect like a Christmas gift! And the fries were fresh from the fry vat...perfectly salted! Awesome job sir! He should be a trainer for all the BK locations in Kissimmee and Orlando.

Burger King is to me better than McDonald’s at least the burgers look like the crabby patty they have good chicken fries and the best of all is that they have a good friendly way of serving however I gave it a four stars and if people are wondering if because they don’t have milkshakes come on man I think everyone would love a milkshake they can go to sonic you say but what if there’s no sonic in your Donation that’s kind of one mean thing please have milkshakes as your new thing vanilla and chocolate cause any further or do your milkshakes could be even better than McDonald’s

My favorite BK. The staff is friendly and they take pride in the presentation of their food. My Whopper looked like the advertisement and my fries were hot! Best BK in southeast Orlando.

I’m not a fan of fast foods but Burger king has improved so much lately and I’m actually surprised. My food was served fresh and tasty, the melt burger is absolutely delicious. They have a huge variety of food, affordable prices and coupons are really worth it. I’m very pleased with my visit to BK. (I have not been inside the restaurant yet so that’s the only reason i don’t give the 5 stars)

If you go to the BurgerKing there’s a woman named Glenda she’s the sweetest person I’ve seen she gave me a free meal because I only order a cup of soda so sweet of her thank you so much ❤️🙏🏼

I went today to the Burger King on South Orange Blossom trail and I went inside and it was extra clean and I got an ice cream with my food. Fast service but as expected with social distancing.

We were locked out of our car and needed a phone charger. One of the employees got their own personal charger for us to use. This is true customer service! Food was good too and it is neat to see that Surge is back

I was just in there recently the staff has completely changed. One of the ladies behind the counter asked me to move aside because I didn't realize there was a customer behind me. I really didn't appreciate the tone of her voice when she asked me to move so she could take the next person's order. When I got my food back to my house it was still warm however my burgers I feel we're sitting around for awhile when I placed my order. I felt they were a little dry. I wish the old crew was still working there. It was a better burger king. I don't think I will frequently go to this Burger King location again. If you ask me the staff needs to be a little bit more polite to their customers.

I have to say I walked into the store super clean great service food fresh and hot Management and staff working as one making sure all the customers are taken care of they did me right I will definitely be a returning customer at the store

Always have to go through the drive thru because the new "renovations" make the place feel like a cheap prison cell. On top of that, why does it take 5 minutes to do my order when I'm the only person at this establishment? Finally, how does this particular Burger King either always mess up my order or run out of burgers?!?

The service is 9/10 bad, wrong orders forget things or just tonight it was 11:30 and no one to take orders in the drive thru. I pulled all the way to the window saw the manager on duty counting the drop for the safe and I honked she looked at me and went to the back. They close at 12am tonight. So she had half hour still to be open and help people .
And is it so hard to get CHEESE on a burger when u ask AND pay for the cheese to be put on there.
