Best food ever well done prepared and clean and equipped. There is a new manager and things have turned around to be the #1 best Burger King in the region. I have an ATM there with the lowest fee charging less than the 7/11 or anywhere else in Orlando. Please use and support my business venture, Soon surcharge will go up to be at $3.50 but still lower than average. I'll have an arcade there soon and will be open 24/7 and also donate to the homeless with a contract I got with Burger King.

Took a long time. Have come to realize all BKs take forever. Use the app and everything changes. Food is hot and ready when you pull up. App is great. Staff is always friendly and food is consistent. 5 stars

I came to the drive thru tonight and my order was mixed up, when I came back around to fix the issue I was so happy with the customer service of the night crew. They all were very profession and fixed my order in a timely manner. I loved that Good Job night crew.

Worst service ever!! Went to the drive through and waited 20 mins. Only 2 cars in front of me. When I got to the window they had my food on the counter and waited another 10 mins looking at my food that I was not given at all. Honked my horn and asked if I could have my good and was ignored. Ended up leaving without my food. Went to a place with way better service. This Burger King is horrible never never go here unless you want to wait almost 30 mins for no food. Better off going to Bloodhound Brew for way better food and service.

Waited in drive through for 10 minutes with no response. Parked and went inside and two ‘employees’ (using the term loosely) were arguing about something saying ‘fuck this and fuck that - adults acting like they have never had a job before. Left and took my money to Chick Fil A where they actually have standards.

Horrible drive through service! Quisis was working the drive through and was incredibly rude. Trying to rush us through and had the worst attitude. When trying to get condiments she said everything is in the bag and slammed the window. I had to sit and wait for her to open it and ask her 5 times for the condiments. Will not be back to this location!

This fucking place has got to be the slowest, non English speaking, and cold food giving slow restaurant ever in the world. And they forget people's food. After 13 mins I got a burger, cold limp fries and poor attitude.

Ordered a chicken sandwich meal and paid for extra cheese and tomato. Didn't get either...and it was 2:30 in the morning and nobody else in line. So much for having it your way.

This happen at 9:10pm by the drive though my roommate went there to order food for me the lady at the drivethrough goes and say wait a moment pls he says ok he waits a while he goes and says to the lady in the drive through miss I'm ready to order pls.... she goes and says you don't understand english r you a Moron i just say pls. He goes and speak to the manager she don't do anything to correct the way her employee treat him because he's hispanic she did that to him. The manager pay the meal but she didn't do anything it was offensive and racist from her employee saying that you r a moron!!!! You don't keep trashy people working there. Order number 64 T=01L, I=7, C=2353 but that burger king better get ready cause I'm calling corporate with the receive number you don't treat paying customers like that.

Each person at this location has an attitude problem. NOT the first time ive had an issue at this location. THIS time it was all about the attitude and how they don't apparently give you your loose change back and don't even explain why.
Me: I'll take the 2 for $6 Whopper and crispy chicken
Drive Thru (before I can say anything else: "Do you want anything else"?
Me: Continues with order
Drive thru: Drive around in a rude tone
Us: Pulls around
Drive thru: Takes payment and gives back bills only, no loose change, never makes eye contact and obviously has an attitude
Drive thru: practically shoves the bag at us and says "here"

Worst ever, CONSISTENTLY. I wait 10 minutes at the drive through before anyone even greets me, then get asked to wait before giving my order. And 70% of the time my order is wrong. I only go here because it's the closest one to my house.
