Mcdonald's

This McDonald's was always like a hit or miss for me and my family. But there is a young man there name ALLEN that must be recognized. Before we even ordered you can see the promptness and the care of giving great customer service he had while he took care of people and multi tasked. When it was our turn he gave us the best customer service we have ever received in any McDonald's. This kid cares about people and his reputation and he will grow up as one of the greats wherever he goes. Keep up the good work Boss man!

I have no complaints with my hot and tasty big breakfast with hotcakes that were brought to my table. The service team brought my food quickly and checked on me to make sure I had everything I needed. I do miss the self service drink area and condiments but the personal service was top notch for my first time dining in at Mickey Ds in a very long time.

We have eaten take out at lunch at this location twice recently. The first time everything was fine, food and service good. The second time there was an error in the food order which we didn't realize till we were past the window. We came back through the drive-through and the problem was fixed immediately with the manager himself coming to the window to apologize and fix the order. People do make mistakes and it is how you handle the mistake that counts. This McDonald's stepped up and demonstrated good customer service. Will be coming back again!

It's fast food so you know what to expect however it's one of the better, more consistent McDonald's in the area. However at times you can tell they have run the oil a little long/hot and will have that tale tell "old grease" taste to the fries. Huge shout out to the staff that are honestly always in a polite and friendly mood.
