Burger King

I recently work here but I will not be going back the general manager is rude says mean things to me and talks about me with other crew ,she says mean things to me knowing all that do is help,she puts me in the kitchen knowing I have eczema and can't take heat ,she hates me ever since I called the big bosses on her ,bad general manager Melissa Thomas never will I go back ,go miss treat someone else, honestly I hope they close place down,I was there since 2012 till 2023 but I guess the rather have a ratchet general manager who miss treats her crew and managers ,I complained to the district onix about her and he did nothing but take her side ,,I hope they fail on their rev every time from now on,they don't care of your sick with COVID or anything they want you to work ,no matter what,i have kids and one with cancer and one who is autistic and i guess they didnt like the fact that i can only work certain hours because of my daughters condition

My fiancé insisted we write a review, but I usually avoid this Burger King because a bad experience I had a few months back but after returning here today 11/25/2023 at around 5pm there was a very polite guy that assisted us in drive thru, genuinely appreciate his customer service today and was quick at bringing the food out. Like my fiancé stated, the gentlemen definitely deserves a raise. Food was definitely even fresh and delicious. Will be returning again, Thank you :)

I've been coming to this location for the past few months now and I can say the customer service is awesome. The two girls (I believe one is the manager and the other the assistant manager and if not should be) are very personable and polite. The food has always been hot, fresh and consistent. I wish all Burger king locations were like this. This kind of service is what makes people return. This is a very demanding job and trying to keep a positive attitude is challenging during the best of times. Please keep up the great work.

UPDATE 9/24/22 - Must have new management. Their hours lately sometimes vary, after a period of being closed. Usually now they have 2 women who are working their hearts out to be as efficient as a team 3-4 times that size. And they are rocking the customer service! Their sign is broken, which significantly reduces the amount of customers, but the drive-thru is open & their hardworking staff is growing the business. The food they produce is hot & tasty. Definitely worth the visit!

Today I had a coupon and I had a croissant with egg cheese and sausage coffee was fresh and the little hashbrowns were delicious and hot and the sandwich was the best one I’ve ever eaten at Burger King it tasted like real food and the egg even was out a little bit past the bun which was great I love that. I accommodated both of the girls that were working here, this place is spotless there’s a man cleaning every available area around here. So if you want a good Burger King to go to in Orlando, this will be the one!

I hadn't eaten Burger King in a long time so I decided to return and I have got to say I was pleased. I wasn't starving so I went with the Whopper Jr. meal and it was the perfect size. The soda machines having so many different options is always a huge bonus. I liked all of the Halloween decorations and the cashier was really nice. If you like Burger King, this place is exactly what you expect.
