Great food, great service, at great prices. My wife and I love this place! No other place compares when we need to satisfy our craving for Hispanic food. I come in often for lunch and leave happy every time without breaking the bank. If breakfast is what you're looking then this place certainly satisfies that niche as well. They cook up a fresh breakfast throughout the day, so if you missed breakfast hours don't sweat it.

I got fresh pastries in this visit. The price is good for the quantity. There were two ladies working the front area when I arrived. One lady greeted me in Spanish but when I said Hi, she realized the other lady should help me. I think it was a definitely language barrier going on. Other than that, they switched duties so the second lady could help me. She was friendly and patient with me and tried to describe the food items and prices to the best of her ability what was written in Spanish.

I love this place! You are also able to pre-order over the phone for pick up, they have all the puertorrican goodies and nice staff! Sometimes they have a big line, but it's definitely worth the wait. Feels just like home!

Best PR food I've had since I've been to the island. Service like the island, food like the island but best of all prices slightly more affordable than the island. Perfectly understandable. Only wish I could transport Caribe Bakery to Chicago. They'd give Humbolt Park a run for the money. God bless the hands of the jente that prepared the delicious cuisine de la isle.

Horrible experience. Not parking friendly. Waited in line over 10mins with only 1 person in front of me. The attendant greeted me with a smile, but that's the only thing that went good. I ordered pastry dish. It was dry and coagulated. Horrible ($1.75, gone)
Next, I ordered a lunch dish. Rice with gandules, stewed chicken (only got served 1/2 of a small chicken leg and 1 small chunk of chicken meat that was somewhat strange tasting as if it was re-heated) and a side of maduro (sweet plantains) also a Coke in plastic bottle *as wasnt as cold as it should be, never got offered ice cup at least. Also ordered a side salad. Never got it in the bag either.
Total for this mess a whopping $10.04. I had it to go so didn't notice all of this til' I got to work. Experience was not good at all. The owner or management should be out on floor making sure that all is going well. But they probably to busy in back room with other issues.
Not sure if this will even get read, but if it does, you people need to get it together. Your offering a service and charging full pop, we'll I expect full pop service from you. Since you did me in for $10.04 , I feel that I need to reimburse the public the money you took from me with this sorry excuse for a lunch and, warn people about my experiences with your company. This way they know to think twice about your business. Here's a counter offer, if you contact me thru massenger, and you make up for this issue, then I will eat my words, and depending on what you do, I will re-evaluate this and give you a promising good review. But chances are, you won't contact me..have a good day!
