Potbellies hit different from the other sub spots I was very impressed thanks. The steakhouse beef was fire but the tuna melt was just ok.
Friendly staff, clean, and food was good. I ordered a Med sub, chips, tea, and cookie. Enjoyed it. Likely the best choice from all the food places around the park.
We usually order from the app and pick up at this location and so far always have everything prepared on time. Today we came during the busier lunchtime and our order was still executed perfectly!
Also those oatmeal choco chip cookies are our new bad habit! So moist and homemade-level chewy we returned for an encore performance tonight. Thanks Potbelly! :)
Customer service is exceptional and though wait times can get busy during lunch hour, the staff remains professional and kind! Food is always great quality.
- food was fresh and had good flavor, sandwiches were nicely made and not all messy. Only issue was i ordered one with no chicken and it still came with chicken on it.
- staff were friendly.

- place seemed clean and organized.
- prices normal for the area.
- parking can be hard to find depending on the time of day and events in the area.
- overall not a bad first experience at this location.
Where I live there’s maybe 2 sandwich places and they are ok most of the time. First time going to Potbelly and it was amazing. I ordered a future pickup the next day and I got there early. I expected that I would have to wait a while, but that was not the case at this amazing spot. I found the pickup area and my food was already sitting there waiting, still warm. I was greeted when I walked up by the friendly staff too. I’ve never been this far east and so I wasn’t prepared for how good the food was going to be!
Our Boston family and friends told us, the Subs are Incredible,,,,,,,!!!!!!!! And you have to believe, as Boston is Famous for Great food and pizza!!!!! Joe and Cheryl Penachio
Good lunch destination the Soup and Sandwich deals are really good.
Great potbelly location. Clean and fresh with courteous and efficient employees.
Very clean and convenient location near the metro. Staff is friendly and helpful. We pretty much don't eat sandwiches from anywhere else, everything is great. Their customer service is above and beyond what I'm used to, so that's a definite plus in addition to their food being really good!
