We usually order from the app and pick up at this location and so far always have everything prepared on time. Today we came during the busier lunchtime and our order was still executed perfectly!
Also those oatmeal choco chip cookies are our new bad habit! So moist and homemade-level chewy we returned for an encore performance tonight. Thanks Potbelly! :)

- food was fresh and had good flavor, sandwiches were nicely made and not all messy. Only issue was i ordered one with no chicken and it still came with chicken on it.
- staff were friendly.
- service was quick.
- place seemed clean and organized.
- prices normal for the area.
- parking can be hard to find depending on the time of day and events in the area.
- overall not a bad first experience at this location.

Where I live there’s maybe 2 sandwich places and they are ok most of the time. First time going to Potbelly and it was amazing. I ordered a future pickup the next day and I got there early. I expected that I would have to wait a while, but that was not the case at this amazing spot. I found the pickup area and my food was already sitting there waiting, still warm. I was greeted when I walked up by the friendly staff too. I’ve never been this far east and so I wasn’t prepared for how good the food was going to be!
