Review Mcdonald's - Orlando

YALL! THIS IS THE BEST MCDONALDS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. Ok now, without the drama: my friends and I came to Orlando for EDC and just like any normal rave group, we were hungry for some big mac at 2am after the festival. There were 9 of us!!! When I tell you, our order was ready within 5 minutes, not a single error and all associates assisted us patiently with a smile. We went there 2 nights in a row and both nights (even though there was a line) our experience was flawless. I highly recommend them. Thank you for doing good work!!!

Best customer service at Any McDonald's !!! Went today September 23 at 10am morning shift best customer service the girl at the cashier attended me really good and so did the manager will definitely drive 30 minutes from home just to come here due to the great customer service from both of them !! Besides that every single worker was cleaning get environment really clean they are all hard workers .

So recently I just had an order from Uber eats from this McDonald's and we tried to get the shamrock shakes but unfortunately they didn't have any so instead they made us an Oreo McFlurry with the shamrock shake mix and that was the nicest thing I've ever seen from anyone out of McDonald's so thank you so much whoever did that you really made our night!!

Employees are nice and its very clean. Edit ( 03/07/18) they redid the whole place. The play area is now gone. I took picture's to show what it looks like now.

I love this McDonald's. I have never had bad service there and my orders are always right. Customer service is top notch.

The restaurant was very clean, and our order was brought out quickly. My wife had the Quarter Pounder meal, our grandson had the Chicken Nuggets meal, and I had the Crispy Chicken sandwich meal. My wife and grandson enjoyed their meals. I was a little underwhelmed by the chicken sandwich. I thought it was a little dry, and didn't have much taste as I would've expected. The bun was soft,, and the fries were good, though.

We got a quarter pounder and a cheese burger. The service was fast and good.

Great food, wonderful atmosphere.

After 33 hrs traveling home from Egypt with my family of 6, we stopped here at 2:30 am. Not only was the food good but the young lady working the window was a breath of fresh air. She was on midnight shift and was the nicest person. So friendly and helpful. Just the best customer service I’ve had anywhere in a long time. Was way too tired and forgot the ask her name. She is going places and with I could give her a personal thank you.

The food was amazing they made the cookies fresh delicious the burger tasted like heaven and the nuggets were the best part and the fries were pretty good too but altogether this meal was delicious that’s why you should check out the McDonald’s

The play place was clean, although there was a loud humming. The employees were kind and courteous. My grandkids had a great time.

This places has the strangest hours. I guess they don't want make money.

No AC hot front entrance not safe is thru drive thru

So last night 9/16/ at (12:15 ) ish am, I went to MacDonald's on conway and Hoffner and ordered 4 side salads......well after I had to re-order from the beginning because the guy said his headset battery "died" . After the normal 20-45 min it takes at night as they only seem to employ 2 people during tat time of night. I got home and saw the top 3 salads were expired by 1 day (15th) and was definitely not fresh but not inedible, but then I looked at the last one that expired on the (12th) and as I opened it up I spotted mold on the tomato's and all inedible lettuce! I drove back to MacDonald's to try to get the salad exchanged, where i got to the speaker box and told him there was a problem with the salad and I was pulling to the second window. When I got there the guy was standing there and looked annoyed with me being there. I explained that my salad had mold and was definitely not edible. I asked him for a new one and he and the female which looked like a Manager both began to laugh. Then the guy hander her the salad (she was cooking) and after 4 min he came back with the same salad with 1 new tomato. It even had the same time and date to freshness on the bottom (9/12) and I had torn a little bit of the sticker to id the salad so I knew I got a new one. I told him i know it's the same one and he looked shocked I figured out that he just swapped the tomato. He then took the salad and went to the kitchen area and took the sticker off (date and time of being able to be sold) and Handed the female the salad and kept the sticker on his hand as he was trying to fool me again with the same one but no sticker. She told him to throw it away and he did. She came out to drive through window and said he was making fresh ones......which he only made 2 of 4 so I only have half of what I purchased...as the other three were expired as well. I got the salads and even being out of my mind with anger , shocked at the incompetence of the workers there who can't operate a fast food restaurant without life threatening health hazards. Don't go here at night as you never know what you may find in any of their food....bacteria , raw foods or even toxic chemicals but there's no way of knowing until it happens to you!
