The kids enjoyed their pizza. I didn't know about the order online option, and will give that a try next time. We got 2 hot and ready pepperoni, amd some crazy bread. Even tried the white peach ginger ale. Great pizza night for the family for a reasonable price.

Absolutely the most lamest of all LC ever. 11 dollars for a single pep pizza. Rude associates. They require a mask but the cook didnt wear his and coughed on pizza regularly.

Had a migraine so I called for delivery... big mistake. Half the order was missing and then they wouldn't answer the phone at the store. Had to drive in to get what I paid too much for. In fees and delivery tips around $11 extra. Do not use this site. A bunch of lazy people just getting a pay check.

Their app said that my order was completed. I walked in and nothing was ready. The manager came around and was snacking while he “talked” to me. No eye contact. No responses. He yelled to the kitchen if my order was in the oven. They yelled, “no”. The manager just walked into the kitchen. My order went through the oven. He put it in the hot box and said I’m good. Twenty minutes just standing there after the app said my food was ready. I’m 100% they say it’s ready to keep a quota. I messaged their website and have gotten no response in over a week.

Today is national Pizza day well Lil' Ceasars do not have any incentives or specials on this day. They are not answering their phones or anything, but the place is packed people steady coming in to pick up. There is a new manager I believe his customer service skills leave a lot to be desired.

On 9/12/21 I ordered a deep dish pepperoni with jalapeno. I told the female cashier twice ( because she called the wrong order to the kitchen) After I repeat it again to her she said " ok, is that it?" I said yep. Waited 10 minutes, she gives me the pizza and still screws it up.

The lady that took care of me did not want to be at work. She was taking care of customers without smiling, talking very low so as you can only hear a mumble. When you ask for her to repeat she answers a whisper louder with an attitude and not even looking at the customers. On top of this horrible service from this one employee, she gave me the wrong order. So when I got home we were disappointed to see that our mostest bestest pepperoni pizza was switched to a regular cheese. So basically I got ROBBED by Little Caesar’s. Did I bother going back to the store and deal with traffic and the employee that doesn’t even want to do her job? No, but I can assure this Little Caesars will not obtain my money.

The worse delivery service. My order was incomplete and I sent an email to the company and they never had the decency of replying my email complaint. I tried to call the store and of course no answer. Then I called the number for the customer service. I left a message and still waiting for the call back. I won’t recommend none of these places from this company to anyone in this world.
