It's fast food and always comes in clutch when you are in a pinch and want something semi healthy when all you have are sides at the house. Get the app. An 8 pc bucket can be obtained for $10. WORTH IT. The Rosemont location is always busy, and thus, the service can be a bit slow because they seemed to be understaffed. There have been a couple of occasions where they didn't have what I wanted. How does a chicken place run out of chicken?!! Because it's that good.

Food took a long time to be prepared, but the employee was kind and patient. Order was not correct though.

I had an okay experience.. each KFC branch is different one it takes 5min to get you food n it's warm and one it takes few seconds after you pay n it's fresh
