Taco Bell

This is to serve as special recognition to the awesome young lady who I believe is a shift manager and was working at this Taco Bell location today on Sunday, 11/05/2023 @ 4:15pm. I just want to say, once again, how much I appreciate you for assisting me with a $20 accounting error today! I handed you my receipt, and the change I was given. You assessed the situation and immediately handled it! Thank you for resolving the problem, and for being an honest and wonderful human being. I truly appreciate you. To the cashier working at the drive thru window, I know you were just busy and didn't mean to short me $20. You all do a phenomenal job. I truly value each and every one of you.

Taco bell always it's a good option for tex mex fast food because the food always have a good favor. My favorite item to buy it's the chalupa which it's a fried fluffly tortilla with meat, steak or chicken, lettuce tomato, sour cream and cheese that to me never disappoint also the Baja blast it's another item that you have to try and if you can order it with the chalupa because they pair well together, it's sooo good in the soda version or the icee version. But they also have the Mexican pizza which it's a good item as well and the nacho Supreme, too. The fast food it self it's always a nice option to visit obviously keeping in mind that it's tex mex food not real Mexican food, but it's always one of my favorite fast food to go to.

A few months have passed, and I feel obligated to change my review. This location has improved significantly, for both breakfast lunch and dinner. I'm always impressed with how polite and professional the staff is when they technically don't have to be. It really does make a difference, and the food is always hot and well prepared. Very rarely do they make a mistake but when they do they are cool about it and make things right with no hesitation. There are two Taco Bells locations closer to my house, I pass them both on my way to this Taco Bell because it's worth it to me, the differences like night and day!

This location has wonderful customer service!! I recently returned my taco salad because the nachos were stale. The manager was there and she was so sweet, empathetic and understanding. She made sure my order was made fresh and asked me to check that everything was good before I left. Her whole team was so nice. It is obvious that everyone there works hard, loves to serve their customers and gets along in a fun and caring environment. I love this location and the manager...she was such a complete sweetheart. Delicious food, great service...this has consistently been my experience during the many years I have been coming here.

Been to this one here and there. Never any issues. Just left there tonight after fighting with myself to not get fast food and specifically nachos from taco bell. They told me there were out of the big party nacho box which I really wanted and offered the regular nachos grande which I accepted. I didn't check anything till I got home but it was literally just a container of tortilla chips with a few chips with beef on them. No sour cream or cheese or anything else. It was was pretty funny. I've never had issues before so I don't want to give a complete poor review but I feel I should say something for this one specifically. No hard feelings, just a little disappointment.

This Taco Bell is one of my favorite locations. The employees are very kind and are attentive and patient while receiving your order. Today Julie was exceptionally great to place my order with. She was at most attentive and pleasant. Very patient, very thoughtful about what you’d might like. Even though she was wearing a mask her smile was vibrant and real. I’d recommend coming here. As for the food, really well done and carefully crafted.
