Kfc

My first time having kfc was 2nd week of Nov 2023. I pulled up to the drive thru and told the lady that it was my first time: she did a great job helping me with the menu. I wish I got her name (black lady) she was so sweet and patience with me. She even gave me all the sauces to go home to try. I appreciate her customer service skills. Food was delicious. To that lady, thank you for being a great person.

The chicken is good, but whoever the manager was on the night we went needs to get their crew in gear. Came in, people standing around. Asked those standing around if they had ordered. Two said no, one yes. Stood there expecting a worker to ask who's next. Just saw workers in the back taking chicken out of a heater and moving it to another heater. They had a sign saying 10 days without a complaint. Well after that night better wipe that off and put 0. After standing for 10 minutes I just left. How can you just ignore people that come in and wait at the register and you don't address them of the situation? Like we have a bunch of really larger orders can you please wait. Son wanted KFC so gave them another chance. They have a self-serve kiosk now. Do yourself a favor and use this. Luckily, we were the only ones in line, and nobody was at the counter to physically take our order. Used the kiosk and sat down. Someone called my name and gave us our drinks and then shortly they brought our food to our table, which was nice. So will bump up the star rating as long as the kiosk works. If you use the app, the time it says when ready is an estimate based if the crew is working efficiently. Most of the time you better add an extra 15-20 minutes to that time at this KFC.

This place is very nice! The staff are super nice and the cashier was really funny. The place is clean and looks like it is either fairly new or had a remodel recently. Everything was well kept up. The food was really good, everything was fresh and hot. The service was fast too! It is certainly one of the nicer KFCs I've been to.
