Just returned my Italian that was made incorrectly. So when I returned I asked for an Italian with extra onions only. This is what I got. Again! Forty minutes to drive there and back

I just wanted to take a moment to say this is my first time at fire house subs and I have lived here my entire life right next to this location. I haven't even tried the food yet but I have to tell you that my experience with Rachel would make me come back even if I didn't like what I ordered today. Customer service is so lacking these days so it was so refreshing to walk in the door and have someone be so friendly and make me feel like my order was the most important of the day! I wish everyone had a Rachel !

Got a sub to go. There seems to be a lot of online orders as well as in person happening around lunch. Because of that, service can be a little slow at times, but that's okay. It's always good, and friendly staff.

I want to send a special thank you to Ashley and Tiffany who made my first experience at a Firehouse Sub truly amazing. Both patiently went over a variety of options and answered my questions about menu items, choices, preferences, and so forth. They brought my meal to my table and the food itself was wonderful. It was a great experience and I'll definitely be back.

You guys really have some of the best subs I've ever had, and your employees are phenomenal. The shift lead Brandon was more then helpful and was always smiling even with it being extremely hot. The two other girls were so nice and helpful as well and made sure I was satisfied with everything and even offered me a free drink because of how hot it was. Best employees I've ever met!!! Definitely coming back to this location!

I like the bread. The medium is big enough, the large could be for two people! Sometimes the shredded lettuce is a little watery. People are nice here. If it's not to busy they even bring your order to the table. It's a little more pricey here because they support firefighters and first responders and some other things.

I'm loving the subs here! When you go in you're greeted immediately. They always make the subs fresh and custom. The staff is courteous energetic and friendly. My sub was generous and fantastic. They also have a good choice of drinks and there's plenty of room to sit down with friends and family alike. I love this location, and I will be back.
