I walked in around 3 and Lea was just finishing up wiping the entire restaurant by herself. The place was spotless, the bins of ingredients were all full and clean, the counter tops were spotless. Everything was just as you’d like it from a customer’s point of view.
She also made the sandwiches full and exactly as i liked without me having to repeat anything.
Not only that but we had a great conversation too AND she works two jobs to help raise her daughter. Hopefully she gets more recommendations and earns a promotion. She definitely deserves one.
