The Bistro

There was a 35 minute wait to receive my curbside order when they said it would be 20 minutes due to only having one cook. I had to call to see what was taking so long. Had the pecan crusted fish. It had very little taste. Bang Bang shrimp were good, but the entree was definitely not worth the money. It took 35 minutes, cost 35 bucks (for one person), and the food was untasty too. Not good!

We enjoyed our visit to Bonefish Grill. We had the ahi tuna sashimi, deep fried calamari, and bang bang shrimp. Big fans of the dipping sauce with the calamari! Service was lovely. We tried several cocktails, which were all delicious, especially the red wine sangria. We were bummed that more cocktails weren't on the happy hour list! Maybe if that's sangria was I would give all five stars! The happy hour list included select beers, wines, and a margarita.

This was my first visit to a Bonefish and I was very impressed. I asked the server for a recommendation and she recommended the haddock special. It was very good to the point that I've tried to recreate it several times at home. Restaurant had a lot of seating. It was very heavy on the business traveler crowd being so close to the airport.

The staff that waited on my daughter and myself was great. Funny. Worked beautiful together. After we moved to bar area our waitress from dinner waited on us. She was great. She ran after me because I had left my card on the bar. She knew I had just flew in and was waiting for my ride. So happy she tracked me down. Honest. Wish the Bonefish in Vero was like that! 😕
