Millenia Cafe & Catering

We recently had our wedding at Dr.Phillip's house which is catered by Millenia Catering and were beyond impressed. All of the apps (crab cakes, spring roles and raspberry tarts) were insanely good - we had plenty coming out but it was one of the situations were everyone was looking for the servers to get more! For dinner, we had the maple chicken and steak Chimichurri were restaurant level - to start, the steak was actually cooked how a steak should be! We were complimented at least a handful of times that the food was the best people had ever had at a wedding. Considering so many of our friends flew in from Chicago and worked in hospitality now or in the past, it was a huge compliment.

Truly excellent food and service. Weddings are super stressful, and because of that, I can’t recommend Chef Lo more. I had complete trust in the Millenia team to execute the food service at my wedding with excellence and I wasn’t wrong. Everything was delicious and professional. In fact, we got married over a year ago now and I’m still receiving compliments on our food, which is what reminded me to come write this review. Also worth mentioning, I used to work for Millenia in college, so I know firsthand the high expectations Chef, Gwen, and Hannah have for their food and team. This business is top notch in every way — great experience as an employee and great experience as a customer. Highly recommend.

If you are looking to WOW your guests with delicious food, but more importantly if you are looking for a vendor who is going to carefully care about your wedding as much as you do, Millenia Catering is the ONLY caterer to choose. I wish I was throwing 100 parties to use them 100 times. no exaggeration, they are in my top 3 faves of vendors I used and I am SO thankful for them. They helped me execute my dream wedding, their food is AMAZING and their service is even better. From the first inquiry call to the day of, I was taken care of and this was one detail that I didn't have to worry about. 100% recommend! These pictures are from my tasting! Over the top service and the food was amazing. So many of our guests told us they loved the food, and Hannah was incredible!!!!! Totally recommend. It was my daughters wedding and I could not have asked for a better caterer. This is Patty, Tim’s wife and I wanted to share the wonderful comments guests at our daughter’s wedding said. “The food is delicious!” Who is the caterer ? They are fabulous” I could go on. We chose Millenia Catering for our wedding as it was required when booking the Dr. Phillips House. Everything came out perfect and the food was delicious!! The staff went above and beyond for the day of our wedding and made sure we were well taken care of. The most important things at a wedding, after the bride and groom, are food, drink, and music. For food, we hired Millenia Catering for our daughter’s wedding in October. They were recommended by our venue, so we set up a tasting. From start to finish Hannah, at Millenia, was attentive, professional and helped us put together the best hor d'oeuvres, dinner, and late night snack menus. We had a great time at the tasting, the food and atmosphere were wonderful! On the day of the wedding everything went according to plan. The Millenia team did a great job with setup, serving and the food was delicious! They are just such an amazing staff you don’t have to worry about anything !! Everything was detailed outlined and explained to us so there were no surprises on the day of . They made sure that we were taken care of during the reception and served my husband and I first I felt like royalty I was expecting to get up and get the food ourselves which I would have been fine with since it was buffet style we didn’t want for anything the staff at millennia catering is who you need !!!!! Also the food is absolutely delicious everything that we ordered was what was served the and all the guests loved the food !!!!!
