This subway has always great customer service and the employees actually make the subs the way customers order them. Seems like other places even when you ask them nicely they never get it right. Idk if I was just hungry but the sub they made for us today was just perfect!
Subways are losing their quality everywhere. Maybe it is because men are running them. There is something going on with Subway making their image not good
I'm not that Subway fan, but for me this is the best Subway. Everything is so fresh. The location is really accessible. Crew are friendly and clean when they prepare the food.

Quick bite. Service was quick but everything looked like it was frozen over.
I can't speak for others or other employees but when I came to this Subway location on 5/6/22 before 1PM, whoever the crew was that was working during that time did great. Really good customer service, did their jobs well, and I'm not sure why but even the bread tasted better than some of the other
Put in a big order of about 20 sandwiches. Both employees were amazing. Making sandwiches at blazing speed. They were also friendly and very appreciative of the tip.

This is a great subway! The nice gentleman (unfortunately I didn’t get his name) has given my husband and I excellent service many times regarding our oatmeal cookie orders! He even made our night with free cookies! We definitely will continue to give this store our business! :)
I was order a small 6' inch sandwich and Antonio gave me the best service in the world he listen to every word that I said and make my sandwich as perfect the that I like

I just had my sandwich prepared here by Mr. Russell and I have to say I was very pleased with the service. I get a sandwich that is kind of weird and I normally get criticized a lot by sandwich artists for it, I normally hear things like “how can you eat that” or just giggles as they prepare my food
My friend and I enjoyed our experience with Kathy C. At store #31956. She might be the friendliest person we have met in Orlando! She is such a sweetheart and did a great job making each of our sandwiches. Will recommend this location to anyone in the area.
