Excellent service and friendly staff! Had a rental we drove down from Delaware (hybrid Jeep Grand Cherokee) develop issues shifting and constantly warning that the 4wd needed service (under 10k milage). Was very pleased with how fast and efficiently we were able to exchange for a like vehicle. Highly recommend and will rent from again.

This Avis was wonderful. They upgraded me and they got me in and out and I was able to hit the road within 10min of giving my credit card and drivers license. I rented with them because TURO wanted $75 to rent a car, plus $75 for the app fee, and forced an insurance policy. Here the rental was $69 plus tax, unlimited miles, and they had an overnight key drop.

The staff that attended to me at the hollywood plaza garage, Orlando was very nice and professional. It didn't take more than 10 minutes to get done with documentation and pick up our rented mini van. The vehicle was clean, convenient and never had a single problem till we returned it to the airport garage. The staff that received it at the airport was also nice, professional and didn't waste our time. Really impressed with Avis Car Rental this time and will rent from them on my next trip.

I am a long time Entreprise customer but since they're closed on Sundays I wanted to try either Avis or Sixt for the first time. The prices were similar for a standard SUV. I decided to try Avis and the SUV received was great.

Very helpful staff who sorted/swapped out a terrible car that we were allocated by the awful staff at Loews Royal Pacific that smelt strongly of cigarettes. The team based at Loews would do nothing to help us, the team here fixed the problem and also upgraded our car, you saved our trip, thank you 🙏
