Everything was great. The people are great. Did mess up one order but ain’t no thang!!!

Not much personality while taking the order in the drive thru but made sure the order was correct and everything was in the bag and napkins and plastic ware. Food was made to order and delicious.

Seems like a lot of people have a bad time here but everything went fine for me. I ordered on the app and picked up at the counter.
They forgot the dipping sauce but that's not a serious oversight. The food took about 5 minutes longer to be ready than the app estimated and the fries and onion rings had been sitting out a while.
Overall it was a pretty average fast food experience.

Shaquera was AWESOME I like my Onion Rings crunchy not doughy half cooked I asked for them to be redone and the SERVICE WAS PARAMOUNT KUDOS TO COOK AND MANAGER WHO LET ME HAVE IT MY-WAY

Tre was an amazing manager, very helpful. He was being dragged by his manager but he kept a positive attitude. The store was extremely clean, even though the manager above him rolled her eyes because she didn't want to take our order and do her job.She lied and said the food was fresh but it wasn't the meat was luke warm like it had been sitting on the grill for a second. Me and my brother haven't been to Burger King in a long time because we've been getting poor service from different Burger King's , we tried this one out and we asked the store manager was the items first or we can wait for new fresh items come up she said to us it's been busy and we have all fresh item but it wasn't. But we appreciate Tre the other manager for his customer service. I believe if she didn't want to do her job that she shouldn't be there and let somebody else around her store. Because her customer service sucked

You can tell they are short staffed it’s not employees fault but I would like to give Ashanti a shout out for going above and beyond . Great customer service attentive to customers and fast worker. Keep it up Ashanti and the crew in this location
