The cashier was not lightning quick but the food was as expected. You gotta love the 4 for $4 deal, & the soda machine has a ton of options which is a huge plus. The manager even came up to me personally to make sure everything was okay when I started taking pictures to add for Google.

I absolutely love the attitude of the workers here! This wonderful lady named Morgan Harris, she is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I’ve been coming to this Wendy’s location for 2-3 years. Morgan has NEVER had a bad attitude once! She’s always super nice, she’s very pleasant. Just always shines a light on my day. I would love very much if she was in a management position or just a higher paid role in general because this women is fully dedicated to the company and she truly does deserve it. I love see her every time I visit Wendy’s. It’s not about the restaurant, it’s about the people who serve your food. Morgan will always have you coming back to the restaurant. She’s beautiful and absolutely divine, such a great personality! PLEASE WENDY’S COMPANY!! Promote this lovely lady! Please! She definitely deserves it, no questions asked!

Of all the Wendy’s locations in the area that I’ve been to, this one is by far the best and most consistent. I just moved close by and their staff at the drive thru is always on point. From their kindness and customer service to always getting the order right and never forgetting sauce or napkins or straws. The little things they do like saying “thank you” and “you’re welcome” go a long way and I’m glad to see that their staff is very well trained and consistent. Thank you guys for always providing great service!

My experience was good. The service was fast and they were able to get my brother and I out of the line in a fair amount of time. The only thing I had a tiny problem with was that our fries weren't really hot or that warm when we got it our food.

Taniece, I told you I would write a review and here it is. I through fast food drive through, a lot. I know hubby likes Wendy's chili so on the way home, I drove through and Taniece was so uplifting. Her customer skills are some of the best I've experienced. She was polite, efficient, able to take my order despite my indecisiveness. She is extremely professional and when I went to the window to pay, she greeted me with a big smile, and for the first time in a crazy busy day for me, I was able to exhale and smile back. I watched her work as she put our order together and she had what I call an economy of movement. She wasted no steps, put everything together for me, and I just had to share. I would return to this location just for her personality and fabulous way she cares about her job that she reflects. (Is it the job or she genuinely likes people?)
The chili and Son of baconator were delicious, too.

The person taking my order was pleasant. He smiled warmly and I felt like my family and I were welcomed there. The restaurant was clean including the bathrooms which is a big bonus for why I'd eat here again. The food was good and the atmosphere was comfortable.

This Wendy’s clean and my and my wife’s food was fresh and hot! The employees were the best! I went in around 6:25/6:30 and there service was amazing and they were so sweet! I don’t even eat Wendy’s I haven’t in forever but I got out of my comfort zone today and I’m satisfied 👌🏾

Wendy's on hiawassee and silver star serves fresh food. My order rarely gets messed up it has before but not in a hot minute. They're fast to me. Of course all places have rushes but I think they move pretty quickly.

I just had the worst experience at #Wendys today. Like omg.. I'm appalled. To top the experience the attendant Kelly for the front literally had a meltdown on me and other customers and her own co-worker, all while throwing a cup over the other side room as she storms off! Like wow.. I call customer service and honestly felt like that was a waist of time.

The walk-in service is slow they only concentrate on the drive-thru and they seemed confused on what their responsibilities are. The cashier wasn't even at the cash register she was popping in and out of different stations as if she was actually helping the process go along quicker she was actually slowing things down and not taking people's orders in the store. This isn't the first time I've been in the store every now and then like every 6 months to a year I'll stop in to hoping that the service has gotten better but each time I'm just disappointed. this last time I walked out cuz I waited so long for someone just to come to the register to take my order.

Why does the young lady working tonight in the drive through seem to have a horrible attitude and no customer service..If I hadn't waited in line for 15 min to get my food I would have just left..so disappointed. If she doesn't want to work send her home and put someone there that wants to work.
