Little Caesars

Anyone who says anything bad about this location is probably entitled, rude, or all of the above, and you can't change my mind about that... I come to this location on a weekly basis, and the staff is 100% of the time I'm amazing. They get busy guys, so what? Either Order ahead or sit there and wait like everybody else. The staff is always apologetic, understanding, funny, and literally working hard as heck to get everybody's orders done and make everybody happy, oftentimes going above and beyond to do so. The food is always fresh and hot, and if it's not for any reason, they wouldn't be more than willing to fix it immediately. I'm not sure about during the day I suppose, but the night shift is one-hundred-percent amazing and probably deserve raises for what they have to deal with sometimes. Originally ordered a door dash order however door dash sent a message saying that they canceled my order. I called the Little Ceasars location and spoke to the manager about it, and she informed me that Door Dash had just picked up my order and left with it 10 minutes prior to me calling the store and that door dash has been doing a lot of that lately. She was a very nice and compassionate manager and went ahead and remade my order so I could go pick it up myself. I do not recall the managers name however I would suggest that nobody ever use door dash to get pizza delivered from this location as the door dashers are attempting to steal the food for themselves. I am currently still waiting for door dash to even reimburse me the $43 that they charged me for the pizza and the door dash fees. This happened to me on October 29th 2022. I should have already been reimbursed by door dash but I have not...

My experience at this location was pleasant and straightforward. I was greeted by a friendly and helpful gentleman that promptly served me a fresh pepperoni hot & ready pizza, which I must say are no longer $5 but that’s to be expected these days, and cashed me out. I can’t say that I’ve ever had any issues here so it’s easy to recommend it.

Fantastic service!! I arrived on a Sunday evening only 20 minutes before the close of business for the day, there was only one woman working but I was greeted with kindness and a smile. She made my pizza (and another order) and loaded it with cheese and extra pepperoni, and had the pies out in 15 flat. Impressed with the quality of employees at this particular location, the others should take notes!
