While on vacation I decided to have my first taste of Korean food (other than what I've made at home). The pork bulgogi was delicious. It had a good "bite" to it without being overwhelmingly hot for a palate unused to spicy foods. (Strong spices are not a part of traditional Vermont food.) I though
I got the bibimbop with chicken and it was great. All the vegetables were fresh and crisp. The plate comes with everything when you order, so you have to choose what vegetables to remove if you don't like any. They also put the gochujang sauce on the food and not on the side.

Wish I could give more stars! What a great find. The food is exceptional and run by a nice family. My husband does not like chicken much and devoured half of my dinner with chicken in it. Great flavor! I guarantee you will have a plate like this when done eating š¤£
