Above average for theme park food. The shake was more soft serve than shake. Burger could use more truffle oil. Big portion

Came in here to grab some food. You can not pay on cash. Online payment only. You scan the qrcode, and it pulls up the menu, and they bring your order to your table. The burger was average the fries were great. The milkshake was great.

It's been quite a bit since i went to Richter's. I went on the busy Thursday night during HHN and we found out that they do mobile ordering from a qr code on the tables now. So you find your own seating and they bring your food to you. I honestly think switching to this made the place a bit better, the old line to order was so small and compact it made me avoid it and go to Mel's instead usually.

Fun place to eat while in the park. Nothing to knock your socks off, but decent nonetheless. The shake was basically just like ice cream.

Fun place to stop, sit, and eat. Good food and better yet the service - friendliness and speed - is one of the best in the park that we experienced.
I recommend sitting in the loft if it's available. Good view and not crowded. The shakes are basically a fast food ice cream yet it's cold and creamy.

Good food and burgers are highlight, but they make you order through universal app which gets a little flaky on response time. Service was good and place was a bit noisy but thats to be expected. Recommend eat early and avoid 12 to 1 crowd as you will be waiting on tables before you are allowed to order.

High price, of course. It would be nice it you got at least one refill on your very expensive drink. I got the chicken sandwich, it was dry. My husband got the cheeseburger. He said it was good. They came with fries which were good. They offered table service, which was nice.

This is a yummy quick spot to stop for a bite. I feel it is really expensive for the amount of food you get. I got a cheeseburger drink (souviner cup) fries & a regular salad. I paid $47. The souvenir cup comes in handy if your hanging out at the park for the day cause the refills are free! The workers were helpful & friendly. The hamburger and fries were good but I feel the salad could have Been a little better. Other than that it was good. They had asked for us to leave early due to an event that was happening so they could get ready for it ( Halloween horror nights) & had brought us a free shake. So overall it was a good spot & well keep in mind when we're at the park again!

They offer a decent sized burger (chicken and beef). The table online ordering is great, meaning that you just find a table, scan the QR code and it's delivered to you. They even apply AP discounts. Every now and again they'll be an earthquake, but you'll be safe.

Had the most greasy burger here a few years ago but the chilli cheese fries were good. Just expensive for the portion size
