Best all you can eat KBBQ in Orlando.
First and foremost, the staff was super friendly. The meat quality itself seemed to be some of the best I’ve had at an “all you can eat” place. The building itself is small, but wasn’t crowded at around 5-6ish on a Friday. It got very busy later as the evening went on.
The only small complaint is that I wish the cheaper menu had a few more options, as it was $26-$27, while the expanded menu was in the $30s. Still a great experience
On the cheaper menu the bulgogi and marinated pork were the best things we got.

Wow, I have been to a few AYCE places in Orlando for Korean BBQ, but this is the best. The Bulgogi is seasoned so well that we ordered 5-6 portion. Their LA Galbi is well seasoned as well. There’s not a lot of fat and a lot of meat. I ordered a salad with my BBQ so it’s not too overwhelming. The service is amazing because our waitress check up on us all the time to check on drinks and see if we want to order more meat. They also checked to make sure to change out the grill so it’s not too burnt The location is small, but feels like home and warm.

The service was very fast. They were extremely kind and the food was worth every penny. I love their selection of drinks and I definitely plan to be a returning customer. I love the wholesome nature of the staff. They speak so many languages so they easily adapt to the various types of customers👌🏾👌🏾

We ordered the set A from the all-you-can-eat menu. We had beef bulgogi, fresh pork belly, seasoned pork and fresh beef brisket. Everything was on point 👌 I suggest to dip the meat on their sauce as it adds more flavor. Rice wine is also good for 4 people and tastes really good! Everyone also gives good service. For the price per head, everything adds up well.

You don’t go here for the ambience…. But the Korean BBQ is great here. We love the banchan (side dishes) provided and the meat seems to be pretty good quality. The location and interior is rough. We usually pick the b side when ordering. Be forewarned though, they add an 18% tip to your bill for any parties of two or more.

The food is amazing here, I just think is a bit too expensive. The place looks a bit old and run down but don’t let that keep you from eating here. The food tasted great, just wish they had more options to select from, like sushi or sides like dumplings and so.

We were there for the 37.99 per person all you can eat. You eat as much as you can for 2 hours, and get charged any leftovers. They have few sweet meats but the ones they have are still good!
The beef tongue and sweet marinated pork were my two favorites alongside a bowl of rice. Careful with the alcohol, it's where your bill will rise a lot!
Highly recommend it!

I’m almost afraid to give the real review I want to for fear that the place will become overly crowded.
But I have to do the right thing because this place is amazing.
I have been eating KBBQ for years and a lot of the places you find now are fine but they tend to have a few problems.
1)they tend focus on decor in lieu of service
2)they tend over charge the menu
3) they tend to have 1000 people show up and getting a table let alone decent service is a nightmare.
Bulgogi house has none of these problems.
It’s a small hometown dining vibe and has a very low pressure atmosphere. The food is incredible front to back. And the service is instantaneous, with regular grill changes without even needed to request it.
I had a friend come in from out of town and our friend group ate there one a week for a month and the entire experience was perfect for us all to catch up.
The waiters and waitresses became familiar with our ordering habits and the experience became catered to us every single visit after the first.
I highly recommend a visit for a unique date, a celebration, or a get together with old friends.
Get the B side menu for 10 extra dollars and they’ll give you an entire ribeye steak.
1 per visit but I get like that was more than fair, considering how much Bulgogi and Galbi we ate 😂

Well, I haven't gone to a ton of KBBQ places in Orlando, because I'm a slacker, but I certainly have found my new favorite KBBQ place in Orlando. This quaint little restaurant is certainly off the beaten path. I think it would be pretty tough to randomly stumble upon it. But word of mouth is a real thing, and it lead me here.
The takeaway message here is quality over quantity. Too many KBBQ joints that offer AYCE also offer a ton of other little apps and stuff, and all that quantity means the quality of the meat has to suffer, in my opinion. This place didn't have that problem.
There are two options of the AYCE. Option A is the simpler one, with five meats to choose from, and a few other little accoutrements. Option B is about $10 more, but it opens the floodgates and offers you 15 different meats to choose from, including a few 'premium' options.
Now, another opinion I hold is that no matter what the meat is, these places have to cut the meat very thin, in order to make the supply stretch a long as possible, and to prevent us fools from undercooking things. But because of that, I feel like premium meets lose their obviously better quality when it's sliced super thin. That's just me maybe.
Anyway, all of this to say that we chose option A. Simple, delicious, all we needed. So we got our bunch of little sides, fired up the grill, and waited for the plates to start coming. The sides are always needed to help enhance the meal. Love kimchi, love bean sprouts, and they had like a mac 'n' cheese type thing. No complaints here.
We cooked and tried them all, and I rank them in this order: Fresh Beef Brisket, Beef Bulgogi, Chicken Breast, Seasoned Pork, Fresh Pork Belly. They were all good, though. But unlike other place, where the brisket just taste like cooked meat, this one tasted like beef brisket. That's how I could tell, this place was special.
Everything else was good, too. Each very different from each other, so we felt like we were getting a good variety. And I love cooking my own chicken. When chicken is cooked for you, it's always so overcooked and dry, so they make sure not to poison you. So having that control to do it yourself and do it right, I just love.
I personally made sure I always had a bowl of white rice on hand. You cook the meat, and when it's done, you plop it on top of the rice while you prepare your bite. That way, the juices of the meat drip down into the rice and just literally make the whole meal better.
There were also a couple of fun little things to order, like the Doen Jang Jjigae and the Steamed Eggs. The eggs were just eggs, to eat on their own. But the doen jang has another use; it's another sauce to use with your meat and rice! Very good. Deep and flavorful.
Well, I think I've droned on long enough. Sometimes, I just type and type and type. But overall, this is my favorite KBBQ in Orlando. It's better than the big wolf on campus, I think, because it offers quality of meat over quantity of meat. Will be returning frequently.

AYCE is the way to go!!! It was great, quality and portion wise. It was all good, clean meat with considerably big amount. Great deal. Service was ok but again we came for the food not the service so I didn't expect to much or felt disappointed. I love the vibe there, it was just like a family restaurant, it gave me nostalgia when I was back in Vietnam, rushing through my busy life and just want a sinple meal in a small restaurant. I had amazing experience overall. I think it would be a place I will come back if I ever go to Orlando again.
