We were in the area for a comedy show and got some donuts & drinks. Then a bit later a swarm of people came in. The employees handled the rush pretty well! Just wish they had a few more people to lighten the load...when there's an event going on maybe have a few more people working that day?
This Dunkin is in the heart of UCF, but it’s always quick with my mobile order when I go inside and they are the best employees. This place is super hectic, and they deserve all the love in the world! Love this Dunkin and the great ppl!
Got two boxes of Joe, and two dozen doughnuts for a get together.

This is my favorite Dunkin. They always get my drink right, the hash browns are always warm and never soggy, and the employees are so nice. These are all problems I experience at other locations. Went to pick up some breakfast for the hubby and I which is conviniently located on the way to UCF. The drive thru was currently taking cash or orders from the app since the machine wasn't working. So I went inside to order in person. As soon as I went in I was greeted by the staff which was nice!

The staff is very friendly. Even when I mobile order, they read my order out to me to ensure no mistakes (not every Dunkin does this so I appreciate it) one time, they did forget to put the flavoring in, and another I asked for no cheese (through mobile order) but it was still on the sandwich.
