Had the best experience with Ashleigh today! She greeted me the minute I walked in to get my mobile order with a smile on her face. She asked for my name and made my drink right away, although it wasn’t suppose to be ready for another 10 minutes. 10/10 service from Ashleigh. It’s rare to get that level of customer service nowadays. She even gave me tips for a different way to get my blonde ristretto shots. Truly amazing experience!

Pumpkin spice was so beautifully crafted! I almost always ask for light ice and extra foam because normally (not at this location as you can see) the entire cup is filled with ice for iced beverages and there’s be a SLIM line of foam with my drink—if the drink I ordered comes with foam. But HERE at this location in front of Target, they GOT IT! Imagine my surprise when I received my order, I was delightfully surprised so I needed a moment to take the photo. My breakfast: pumpkin spice and apple. Today’s Starbucks run was PERRRRRRRRRFECT. They said hi, and thank you, and bye, and I am happy 😊

I’m not one to write reviews, but this is one of my favorite Starbucks locations and I’m feeling compelled to sing their praises. I come here once or twice a week when I’m in Orlando for work and I am always welcomed with great energy, smiles, and genuine questions about my day. Somebody give these ladies a raise! Thank you for going the extra mile and making customers feel good. Ashleigh is a breath of fresh air!

Despite long lines, the service is always so fast, and my order is always right. I’m not going to let it affect my rating, because the workers deserve five stars, but asking for tips through the drive through just feels so wrong. Pay your employees enough to not need to ask for tips through the drive through. They work hard to make those profits, share them.

Preferred location when home. Staff is aways friendly and efficient. Clean for the location. Typically do the drive through, but will sit inside when I am getting my vehicle detailed at Green Phantom in the Target parking lot. It’s usually not super busy inside, compared to some other Starbucks (so you can relax a bit). EDIT: I think after visiting more locations around the country. I have take one star away as the inside is the least comfortable Starbucks I been inside. Mostly in the seating area it lacks in comparison.
