Joy Luck Buffet

This was so close to home but it's kind of hidden so I never knew about it until I went with a friend. The buffet has a decent size selection, not too big or too small. The food was good, if I visit again I would do it during peak hours when food gets replaced more often and taste fresher than going later at night.

First, super friendly staff, gave the place a nice feel. Secondly, let's be honest, it's a Chinese buffet: if you come outside of 'normal meal times' it's probably not going to be that fresh. Sick to the busy periods though, and you're likely to be very satisfied. I enjoyed a decent selection of Americanized Chinese favourites for a very cheap price, was completely satisfied, and will definitely be coming back.

I've been going here at least once or twice a month since they opened. Yes they are not upscale, no the menu doesn't change. They used to have crab legs in the buffet till people were taking advantage of it and taking the whole tray back to their table, so they had to put a stop to that. Yes I have had better chinese food than this but also paid way more than $8 a person. I've paid a Lot of money for 7 pieces of sushi at "other" places, and here the sushi is included with the buffet. If you want to complain about the quality of food here.. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. This place has become a staple of the community and locals eat here all the time. The decor of the interior is very odd. A fountain at the front door that is never on, sinks in the sides of the dining area, and dining booths that look like they came from a "Fazoli's". I do eat here, and will continue to eat here. My family have been coming for several years. Since the opening we notice is only improving. The quality of food is great and you can see the effort to maintain all clean . All is clean and service is very friendly. Owners are smiling and greeting everyone and are involve in the attention to customers. In many years coming to this place, our experience has been great and keep us coming back almost every Sunday. The variety of choices and price is very fair and it will be pleasing to you to know that quality is constant. This is my first review since opening. I have had recommended this place to several coworkers and friends..they keep coming.

Came here with my mother for some nice, fattening american chinese food. Had a great time! The buffet price is very good, only 7 dollars when we went there. The food was amazing fare for a buffet! They had a HUGE selection of food, every american dish you could think of, and a few real chinese ones too. Everything was crispy and fresh. I suspect this may be accomplished by the steam they have at the buffet lines. They even had mung bean buns which i have never seen before in a buffet. The sushi was fresh, although the selection was really basic (probably to keep the price down). They do have hand written signs around asking politely to not waste food, which is just fine by me. Its how they can keep their costs down! Staff was friendly and polite, and never intrusive or rude. Overall the best buffet i have been to, ever. will definitely be coming back
