Guys, this is the way to prepare cappuccino , you feel the cup 3/4 with froth then the coffee, and then a little bit of milk. Right now they use too much milk pretty much. Not a dry cappuccino

This pumpkin drink was good, but the real star of the show were the two employees singing at the top of their lungs to their own music. They probably did not know my girlfriend and I were sitting in the corner and were the only people in the restaurant. Luckily, their voices were very good, so 5 stars.

This is by far one of the best Dunkin’ Donuts in the Orlando area. The drive through speed time is amazing. I can see why they have an award for speed. Unlike the one in ChampionsGate, which when you pull up to the drive-through, they put you on hold and last time I was there I waited 27 minutes for coffee and a doughnut. if only all Dunkin’ Donuts can be like the one in Lake Nona

Drive thru was not busy for a change but the service wasn’t great. Took a long time to receive my drink. I was the only person in line. Also it did not taste like it’s supposed to but I didn’t want to ask for another and have something unwanted put into a new one.

Yet they are short staffed and the awesome kids that are there always go above and beyond. The owners need to add and retain more employees to help these kids.

Knowledgeable, friendly, better product and better service. I am writing this review in contrast to the terrible Dunkin north of 528 in front of the Home Depot. You can read my review of them in stark contrast to this one. To all my friends in Vista Lakes…. Please go to this Dunkin in Lake Nona. Trust me it is worth the drive!

This is a very nice location, everything is very clean, excellent customer service, the food is always fresh and delicious. I like to come here to work with my laptop and the wifi works good as well. They always have many donut options and seasonal specials. Highly recommended.
