South Philly Steaks

The sandwiches definitely live up to the name! Probably the best Philly cheesesteaks in the area. I've eaten at the famous Jim's Steaks in Philadelphia, and these steaks are every bit as good. The dining area is small and the fountain drink selections are skimpy, but overall its definitely a place to go when you're in the mood for a steak sub. EDIT: Sadly, this business shut down almost a year ago. :-(

Good lunch place. They have a few options besides a Philly cheese steak but seriously if you're not ordering that you probably shouldn't be going to a place called South Philly Steaks. Best Philly in the area for sure and the lunch combo is priced under 10 bucks so it's in line with other lunch options in the area.

Honestly, I have NO idea why I'm seeing bad reviews. My order has NEVER been wrong, taken a long time, or received poor customer service. I do not personally know the owner, other than from the store. I've probably eaten here 10 times in the past year-year and a half. Also, I just got back from Philadelphia visiting a friend, where i shamefully had 4 philly's, and STILL think this place does it better. I tried Pat's, Geno's, Steve's, and Jim's on south st. Don't second guess this place, its great and authentic. The owner is from Philly, which after my review doesn't mean much, but Philly lost their best cheesesteak when he left...

TONYYYYYYYYYY is the MAN! Not only can this man cook but I left my wallet and he held it for 2 weeks till I came back and had all my cash in it. I come in here very often especially when Tony is working because this place is BOMB!!! Glad they recognize me and respect their customers. Never going anywhere else for philly cheese steak. Get the SEXY steak!

Deee-licious, I must say. I love cheesesteaks. KC does excellent BBQ, but sadly they lack in the Cheesesteak department. The thin slices are awesome, and there signature "sexy sauce" is a phenomenal tasting blend of 3 cheeses they put on. I'll probably end up trying everything on the menu lol. Yhey also have an electronic punch card and your 10th one is free! Definitely coming back.

I like this place and the guys that work here are cool. I come here every now and then, my only complaint would be that they put the cheese on the bottom of their philly steaks as opposed to the top. To me, it's so much better on the top since on the bottom it makes the bread soggier and doesn't melt over the meat. But still, a good philly place in Orlando for a decent price.
