Chicken 🍗 was so soggy! What happened??!🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 The Family Meals are so worth it though! Great deals and decent fast food! Coleslaw 🥕🥬 was fresh... I loved that they put the gravy over the mashed 🥔 potatoes instead of in a separate container. The corn 🌽 was super plain could have used some salt and pepper; maybe even a little 🧈 butter. Mac n cheese was normal. Great and fast service. Wish ⭐️ the chicken was more crispy like the original is supposed to be. You could tell the chicken had been sitting out in the grease soaking. 🤢

I was visiting from out of town and wanted some kfc I was skeptical at first because there was no flowing of customers and the chicken looked like it was just sitting there for a while so I ordered an 8 piece and large mash potatoes and gravy as soon as I got to my hotel room my wife took the chicken out of the box and you could tell that the chicken was old dry looking and sitting for a while I don’t know why if chicken has been sitting a while they just don’t discard it instead of giving it to customers I took the chicken back and whoever the manager was tall black male with dreds I told him about the chicken and he didn’t question or tried to argue with me like some others do he just took the chicken back and told me that it would be 30mins until some fresh chicken came up and then he came back and told me 15 mins left these grades are based on the first and second times I went there the first time I gave 0 stars and the second time I gave 5 stars for a total 2.5 stars but I gave a 3

The most incredible Nashville chicken bowl I had in my life they sauce sauces sauced it up!!! French fries 🍟 are just like woah! The Nashville chicken wings are off the chain when their cold 🥶 or room temperature 🌡️ amazing! I hope the chicken nuggets are not being made in the lab then in the kitchen.

Tried the KFC app for the first time. Very easy and simple to follow. Got to the restaurant to pickup my food and decided to go inside, since the drive thru had a growing line. Got to see what, most like, was the store manager in action. They were busy and putting out orders as fast as possible. Then the manager caught a mistake one of the employees made. Amazingly, how she was on top of everything every single employee was doing. She was strict, but calm and respectful to her employees. That is what a true leader looks and acts like. She is the reason I am giving this one 5 stars. There are sit-down restaurants that don’t have a leader like this.

Good fried chicken nearby. I like this better than papeye( too crispy &dry). This one is more flavorful inside and love their side of biscuit & mashed potato with gravy. Sooooooo good and they have peach flavored Mtn Dew for drink. 3 chick with 2 sides box just eight great deal! Love chick legs better than tenders.
