I've been here many times. The service here has definitely gone down hill. Employees don't seem to care about their jobs or customers. No engagement from the person taking my order. No"hello, how are doing," nothing. Also of note is that it appears that the store owner is OK with employees drinking
Went by here for a quick bite. Got the totally tuna. I thought they had discontinued the sprouts but it turned out that was only a temporary thing. The place is clean inside and out. The staff also suggested signing up for rewards. If this was a year ago, I would but I don't go here as often anymore
Great sandwiches and they always deliver fast! One of the few chains we actually tend to tip the delivery person really well because the food arrives so fast. Only complaint I have is that for some reason they god rid of tea! Not sure why, but was a nice alternative to soda.

The food is consistently awesome, as with any big chain, the people here are friendly and the delivery is crazy fast. I feel guilty having one sandwich delivered to the office but it really is amazing how fast they get it there!
