I visited The Florida Mall in passing on a trip to Harry Potter world and tried Bubbleology for the first time. It looked really strange at first but after trying it I totally understand the bubble tea craze. The popping boba is the best part, I had two scoops in my drink. I would definitely give this place another try as I am interested to try a few more flavors. If your curious about bubble tea, give this place a try!

Amazing service, I ordered white peach tea with litchi jelly, for me it was barely sweet, my mom thought it was very sweet, before that, one of the employees told me that if I didn't like it, I could switch it out. My mom tried the tea and told me it was too sweet, I went to the employee and told him what she said, he was very nice and let me get a different tea flavor, plus, let me keep the other, I gave him a tip afterwards. I highly recommend Bubbleology!

The employees are so friendly and do a great job. Me and my hubby go pretty much every Saturday!

The Boba tea here is the best. It wasn't too sweet like other places and the consistency of the boba was perfect. The only downside is that they did not have a bigger selection but the staple flavors like taro and jasmine that they had are the best in the area.

I loved the boba tea i got! i only wish there was a bubbleology where i live! I was visiting my girlfriend for her birthday and we decided to try it and we loved it! Please make a bubbleology in Merrit Island Florida! that way i wouldnt have to drive so far for great tasting boba!

Pretty good bubble teas! Not quite as good as what we had in hong Kong, a little sweeter and Boba were not as delicate, but pretty good. Had the lychee with lychee popping bobas and I will certainly come back for more. Milk tea selection looked great too.

I’m pregnant and have been craving a good Taro Milk Tea. Brought my kids here yesterday and ordered two small Taros and one Regular Taro. Cashier repeated my order, and I paid. A few minutes later the cashier comes up to me and tells me that she forgot to ring up the third Taro tea and that I needed to go back and pay for the third cup. So I respond with, “I said three taros and YOU only rang up two?” And she says yes and asks if I still want the third cup..... It really pissed me off that you clearly see three people in front of you, repeat the order, forget to do your job, and now I have to go back in line and re order a drink? Horrible customer service, you need I train your employees on how not to forget to ring up a simple drink. Needless to say I did not get the third drink, I let my kids have it instead.
Now in to the flavor, the drink instead of being that beautiful purple Taro color it was a ugly brown muddy colored and did not taste like Taro at all. We will never be back to this location for boba ever again. Maybe when the employees have better drinks and attitudes.

This was the worst bubble tea I have ever had. It was so sweet! To the point where I had a headache within 20 minutes. The coconut was a fake coconut flavor and the taro was purple but had no flavor. The two teas we got were both lumpy. The boba was perfectly cooked but that was about it. As someone who could live on bubble tea if given the chance, I wouldn't buy this again. The worker at the cash register seemed very bored and kind of grumpy that I interrupted His conversation to place an order. I know this stand is new but the product and the experience left something HUGE ago be desired. I will go across the street to Chewy Boba Company from now on.

I recently visited Bubbleology in the Florida Mall. I was served by a young lady named Denise, such a delightful woman with great customer service. She was very knowledgeable about the different teas and anticipated my wife and also my needs. She suggested that I have the Passion fruit tea with passion fruit jellies since I love “ passion fruit” (Of course) and my wife the Coconut milk tea with Strawberry Boba. My wife was thrilled by the Strawberry Boba. Denise knows her products because we were over delighted. We will be returning again to Orlando soon and will be visiting your store.
P.S. Have Denise working when we come again. Lol

Just was the Florida Mall location was the worst experience not only were we racially profiled but my wife was told fck you? Kind of upsetting and no management to address issue. Was given a phone called it waiting for responds.
