Wow! Where has this place been all my life!?! First and foremost, the customer service is out of this world! The cashier was very attentive and took his time explaining the menu. He even came by my table to check on how I was enjoying my meal. I felt like I was at a dine-in restaurant. Totally unexpected but much appreciated!! I rarely sit down and eat at this kinda of restaurants, I usually take my food to go. But the vibe was so chill and the atmosphere was very welcoming I decided to sit and I’m so happy I did! It felt like a relaxing, Friday evening instead of a Thursday morning. I came for the food but stayed for the vibes!!

Great Service at this location! Michelle was so nice and attentive. I had a picky order, but she offered to take everything down - without rushing me :) she offered suggestions for something else I wanted. Then half of my order was "to go" and I had forgotten to tell her, but she was so kind to get me a box and offered to put it all together for me. Then I saw her interact with other guests and she was just so friendly and attentive. It was really great service. Thank you all!

Everytime i enter this store i always feel so welcomed! They never fail to make you feel valued. Greets with a smile! The staffs are amazing! Ambiance is clean and i like the the availability choice of sauces! I ordered Carnitas Chimichanga this time and I’m satisfied, the pork is so soft and juicy! Service is fast too!

I came here looking for what is considered one of the best hot sauces in the city. What to dip in my hot sauce? I ordered the flautas, I don't remember what kind, probably steak. But man, I love Tijuana Flats. I got not only my delicious, crispy flautas, but also a mess of chips, a huge tub of nacho cheese, a huge tub of salsa, and three generous dollops of gauc, sour cream, and pico. This was true value. I ate every bit of what was on my tray and was actually much more satisfied than I thought I was going to be. And yes, the hot sauce was really good. Being an amazing local chain that relies on consistency and quality in this city that is over-saturated with Hispanic food options, I feel like all reviews should be five stars or one star. Did I get what I was expecting? In this case, yes, five stars for this Flats, and I will continue to make this local chain one of my routine places I visit.

We arrived about 15 minutes before closing (Thursday, April 13th) on what appeared to have been a slow night as we were the only patrons and the entire place (sans kitchen) had been cleaned (tables, floor, drink dispenser, etc.) and pretty much ready for closing. Staff acted as though they were just beginning their shift and couldn't wait to start serving their first visitors of the day! I don't know if names are normally announced for meals to be picked up, but our meals were brought to us with a smile and the upbeat service followed us all the way to the sidewalk where the server brought me my forgotten drink to go. He told us his name and I'm embarrassed that I forgot it. Surprisingly affordable and very tasty 😋

Florida only...really? First time eating here. I like the flavors. This could be my Mexican restaurant go to if it was near me. Clean, fun, even the ceiling tiles are fun. They have picture of military and their support. Staff is amazing and helpful. You order at a counter and sit down.. but they come and check on you. Plenty of seating. Healthy and unhealthy food choices..believe it or not..I was good and ate a healthy bowl. Lots of fun sauce names to try. Too bad it's only Florida. It's ok.. it'll be my new treat when I visit.. You haven't seen the last of this tourist.

All the staff members are awesome. They definitely know how to do a great job. Gotta hand it to the cooks too! Food has always been top notch! Inflation sucks, but at least it hasn’t touched the quality. Price is moderately the same as other places but it wont turn your gut later in the day and you’ll genuinely enjoy your food through and through.
