Hello I come to A&W restaurant they’re good people And the burgers are good and also the drinks are fresh even tables clean to when you ask one of the staff to clean the table they come right the way even so the staff good 👍👍👍that why I always go to A&W restaurant with family and friends

I'll keep this one simple. I've been here a few times and every time has been amazing. The burgers actually have taste and are juicy and don't get me started with how good the corn dogs are.
But the customers are out of this world. While I ordered food, an obese couple demanded free food because the burger was "bland". It was so bland that they are 90% of the meal and tried to get the meal for free afterwards. While I ate my corn dogs, a ghetto woman started screaming because she didn't want to wear a mask after being told to stop touching the cups and wear one while she's walking around other customers.

Went there last night. Jorge was AWSOME! Super friendly and kind. Food was okay but his personality is what really made my husband and I enjoy stopping there.

Great food, but the prices are ridiculous. Went here after shopping and ordered a chili dog combo. The total for the small chili dog, fries and drink was over 10 dollars. I dont know if it is overpriced because of the mall but that is like airport pricing.

The atmosphere was so nice. The customer service was amazing and everyone was so helpful!! The food also tasted really great and I would definitely go back again!!

This place is iconic. If you come to Cincinnati or just live anywhere close to this place make sure you check it out. Can be a little intimidating from the outside if you have never been here but the people are nice and will make you feel welcomed. The rootbeer is the best in the city possibly the world.

Very busy place at the outlet. We stayed in line because it was so many people but it was all worth it. The food was hot and fresh. No wonder all those people were waiting for it. Definetly gonna come back.
