I came here for lunch and unfortunately there was only one employee working. Though he was by himself and extremely busy, He was very professional and attentive with everyone. Kudos to this man. I hope management doesn't mess up on staff scheduling in the future. Leaving someone working by themselves during peak lunch hours is not the best way to go.

I really hope they are paying their staff well. Everyone is really nice. I always have a good time even when I see other patrons showing attitude. Thank you to you guys for dealing with these horrible people.

The crew there is amazing despite being under staffed. They do a good job of keeping up despite their challenges. Hopefully soon they will get enough staff to open up their hours of operations. But a lot of what is happening is understandable under the current circumstances.

JJ's coming in clutch for me with the fast delivery. I am staying at Wyndham Resort and needed a delivery option for lunch. The guy who answered my call and took my order was fantastic. Very personable and prompt. Although I thought I ordered my sandwich on wheat, everything else was spot on.
I do want to note that the bread seemed a little harder than usual but it was edible and eaten fully.
The delivery was "freaky fast" and they brought it to my building! Thank you!!!

This place was a LIFESAVER! This was the best food of my entire trip. Every bit of that sandwich was delicious. I'm getting another one today! I swear, if I eat another chicken anything I may hurt someone.
Parking was extremely easy. The place was very, very clean. The staff looked tired but they were friendly and helpful. I'm so thankful to not be eating "amusement park food. This food was better than Cooper's Hawk. I wish that I had a sandwich right now.

Not sure how this Jimmy Johns location has under 4.0 stars. Came on two separate occasions and all three staff I met were very friendly. Even made a wrong order that I thought came with a cookie and the worker threw it in at no charge even though it was my fault for messing up order! Thank you again. The quality is like every other Jimmie Johns!. I'm constantly on the road and my go to is Jimmy John's so I've tried many through different states. Simply leaving a better review on this one because it deserves 5 stars.

We eat at several different Jimmy John's, in general they are just a sub shop. My wife likes the fact that you can get all of their subs as a lettuce wrap. The service is always fast. We went to this particular Jimmy John's and the people working were super nice and friendly.
