My first visit to Tijuana Flats was incredible from the customer service to the food. I ate a great meal that was well worth the price. One of the coolest things about this restaurant is all the art work and good music. I look forward to visiting this restaurant more often

Wow!! Love this location. Went with friends on a last minute decision. Great customer service. Easy parking. The food was hot & fresh. We ordered 8 meals. Everyone was happy with their food. I have to say this location blew me away. Love their decor and service. Will definitely go here again.

Easily one of the best Mexican places. Food is delicious, and the employees provide a level of service other restaurants should arrive to be. It's truly unfortunate they're only in the south, as if they came to New York id easily be a regular.

Yesterday was the first visit ever to a Tijuana Flats that was not an exceptional experience so I came back today to give this location another chance. This was without question another fantastic experience at TF. The food and the service were great. My review is an average of two visits to the same location.

Food was good as always. Service was disappointing. We received our order but the enchiladas were mixed up. The queso was not present and the server said she would be right back with it. After we had finished eating the server came by to check on refills. The queso ordered with the meal was still not at the table and we asked for a refund on it. Very disappointing since I bragged on Tijuana Flats and convinced our party to go there.

I've always enjoyed Tijuana Flats and today was no exception. I went there with a very large group 80+. The staff handled to crowd extremely well and were polite the entire time. I had a salad today and it was wonderfully filling. Great staff and great food. I highly recommend this location.

Food was great! Surprised it was still warm since Door Dash was almost an hour late picking food up. Tijuana was so nice when I called to see what was going on. Refuse Alexandre for a delivery driver thru door dash. He gave 0 đź’©đź’©đź’© to deliver promptly. He should be FIRED from Door Dash. Never had problems except with him. Then there's no place to contact them to make them aware of the issue. Thanks Tijuana Flats for being great 🌠🌠🌠🌠đźŚ

Jeremy is actually the GOAT. He was the only one working the dining room floor and he was exceptional! He went above and beyond to make sure our food was ready quick, checked up on us, and even had a positive attitude the entire time. I think his pep was wonderful and I wanted to invite him to sit down and eat with us because he was so pleasant. Jeremy should be recognized for his excellence.

Always delicious. My husband and I have ordered from here about 4-5 times. They always say the order wrong when they bring it out or forgot to listen to our instructions when we say not to add certain things. Other than that they need to be more friendly and smile to customers.

I had the most wonderful experience. This young lady came around with Churros!!! I didn’t have salsa with my chips and she said that I didn’t have to worry about anything “I’ll take care of it”. Dirty Blond hair and thin worker was awesome.
