I came to this Boston Market at this location and waited for a while for my 3 piece dark meat but I didn't care because I love their 3 piece dark meat.I came back and this nice gentleman gave me a discount on my order for waiting and that was so nice. I wish I would had gotten his name to put in the notes hopefully the manger or owner knows who I am talking about but yes great customer 😃

Great friendly service and fantastic food set apart this Boston Market from other Boston Market locations as well as competitors.
Chickens are roasted to a perfect crisp, never under-done in my experience. The sides are always very fresh at this location, and there's almost never a problem with quantity if you're feeding a big crew because they can quickly have more of whatever it is you need. That could be because this store does a high volume, but no matter the reason, it's great that everything is always so fresh.
I've never had a bad experience with the very helpful staff here. I'm always treated extremely well and all my questions are answered.
Be warned that this store can run out of chickens, prime rib, or other meats by 8:00 or 9:00 p.m., sometimes much earlier on holidays, so it's really best to dine early and get your pick of freshly-made main dishes.
Late night menu is single-dinner only portions, no whole chickens, and they are simply the cut-up chickens from the final roasting so they're not going to be as fresh as if you visit the store prior to the late night menu hours. Still, it's good, but we really recommend visiting the store prior to late night.
Dine-in is nothing special as is typical of Boston Market, which is a cafeteria-style take-out type place anyway. But I can say this Boston Market is particularly clean in my experiences here.
If you know Boston Market, you know their chicken is small and flavorful and juicy, unlike the gargantuan flavorless chickens you find almost everywhere else. If quantity of protein is something you need just buy two chickens instead of one. I promise the leftovers will disappear from your refrigerator very soon. :-)

I'm Lisa, an independent contractor with Postmates and I came to this location to pick up an order for a customer. The staff member who assisted me put the order in a timely manner and was very friendly and professional. The restaurant was very clean and I would recommend visiting this store.

Every time I eat at the East Colonial location I always have a great experience!! Love their great customer service, and everything is presented so fresh and delicious. You can tell these people really like their job here!!! This location will continue to be my favorite in all of Orlando, FL.

Prices are a bit higher and less portions. My turkey was very cold, but my veggies were good. Only 2 staff members trying to run the inside and drive-thru. Ugh! Guests standing around waiting. Felt bad for the workers who were busting their humps to serve patrons.

This location makes it hard for me to eat at other Boston Markets.
This location is so good, so polite, so helpful, and clean that it makes every other location look bad.
If this manager could manage every Boston Market then this would be one of my, and everyone elses, favorite chain.

I do not usually review fast food, but they were friendly. These guys deserve a good review. Or food was hot. The tables were clean. We got exactly what we asked for. Still wish the company would bring back the squash casserole.

The extremely attractive working manager was very attentive. He brought my to go order at the end of my dine in meal so that it didn't get cold. He went throughout the restaurant checking to see that each patrons meal was great. Excellent service!

I get double mashed potatoes with the chicken bowl, but the amount is always different. Service is quick and pleasant. I have a location closer to my home, but I prefer this location. Worth the drive.
